According to new and extensive scientific studies in the field of sports and the importance of knowledge management of these achievements in the policies of sports managers for the optimal and effective training of athletes in order to achieve higher performance and prevent injuries of athletes, this article using the method of structural equations , has investigated the effect of knowledge management components in wrestling federation managers on the effective training of athletes. This research is descriptive-survey in terms of practical purpose and data collection method. The statistical population of the research was wrestling athletes in 1401, and 50 people were selected as the sample size using Morgan's formula and simple random sampling. The data collection tool included Newman and Konrad's (2000) 21-item knowledge management questionnaire, 32-item auxiliary training questionnaire (2016) and 28-item Parsons effectiveness questionnaire. The content validity of the questionnaire has been confirmed by a group of experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of more than 0.7. The results of the research using structural equations of PLS software show that the component of knowledge creation in the managers of the wrestling federation with a number of 43.8522 has the highest weight of the factor loads and the component of knowledge transfer with 21.7366 has the lowest weight. Meanwhile, the knowledge application component with 30.154 and the knowledge preservation component with 26.6228 are respectively placed after the knowledge creation component. Also, the four components of the knowledge management network model of sports managers have a positive and meaningful relationship with the effectiveness of training athletes.

The aim of the present study was a comparative study to assess the tendency of female athletes to use hijab in Iran and selected Arab countries. The present study was a descriptive comparative study that was performed by field method. The statistical population of the study included female athletes in Iran and Arab countries. 195 people in Iran and 187 people from Arab countries (Iraq, UAE, Jordan, Bahrain, Qatar) were selected through available sampling as a research sample. The research instrument included a questionnaire on the tendency to use hijab, Khajeh Nouri et al. (2012). The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed and its reliability in a pilot study was 0.80 through Cronbach's alpha. The questionnaire was translated into Persian in Iran and translated into Arabic for selected countries, and was distributed to participants electronically through cyberspace. Finally, 382 questionnaires were collected. Manova multivariate analysis of variance using spss22 software was used to analyze the data. Findings of the study showed that there was no significant difference in the components of appearance, individual outcomes, sports factors and social consequences of Iranian female athletes with a significantly higher mean, in the components of optimal coverage and knowledge of philosophy and religious rules.

In recent years, migration of people is one of the problems of underdeveloped, developing countries and even some of the developed countries. Human resources play a central role in the sustainable development of countries. The present study sought to prioritize the causes that led to the migration of national team athletes from the country. This research was based on the purpose of applied research and on the basis of quantitative-qualitative (mixed) method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all medalists participating in the last two rounds of the Asian and Olympic Games, 177 of whom were randomly selected 118 according to Morgan table. In order to obtain the information needed for structured and semi-structured interviews with a number of coaches and champions of national teams through snowballing to theoretical saturation, the data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. Questionnaire reliability coefficient (0.96) was obtained. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis with SPSS software version 22 and PSL3 software. The research results show that prioritizing the factors affecting the sport migration of national team athletes are as follows: managerial, social, political, psychological, cultural and economic. Each of these factors must be taken into consideration to prevent the migration of human capital to the country.

The aim of the present study was to investigate of effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy based on mindfulness on anxiety, motivations and performance of track and field athletes. The research method was a semi-experimental design with two groups of uncontrolled. The statistical population of the study consisted of all students of an amateur athletic club in Azadi sport complex, and 20 samples in experiment and control groups [40 samples in total). Using a targeting non-random sampling method, the three tools of Beck anxiety scale [1961), Charbonio Sports Performance questionnaire [2001) and Achievement Motivation Inventory [1994) was used, as well as multivariate analysis of covariance analysis [MANCOVA). The results showed a significant difference between anxiety, developmental motivation, and athletic performance in pretest and posttest in two groups of the experiment and control in athlete students(p<0/001). According to findings, it can be concluded that cognitive-behavioral combination and reduction of anxiety based on mind-awareness could decrease the levels of anxiety and improve the status of motivation and therefore the performance of the sports exercises.

The present research was aimed at investigating the relationship between coaches' decision-making styles and the rate of satisfaction and burnout of men and women basketball premier league players in Iran in 90-91. This research was a correlation one and the statistical sample in the research included 201 male and female athletes (110 females and 91 males). The instruments used were decision–making style questionnaire of Scat and Borous, burnout questionnaire of athletes of Radak and Smith, as well as athletes’ satisfaction questionnaire of Cheladorai and Rimer. The reliability indices of the instruments were confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and their validity indices were achieved through factor analysis. To analyze the data, mean, frequency, percent, correlation coefficient, regression in step-by-step method, t-tests, and one-way ANOVA were used. Findings showed a positive and significant relationship between coaches' decision making styles (intellectual, perceptual, sudden, avoiding and dependency) and athletes' burnout (emotional exhaustion, performance decrease and devaluation). Also the results revealed there was a positive and significant relation between coaches' decision making styles and athletes' satisfaction (practice and training, personal behavior, individual and team accomplishment). Decision making styles explained 61% of athlete's burnout changes and had a negative and direct effect on the burnout factor while these styles explained 55% of athletes' satisfaction changes and had direct and positive effects on athletes’ satisfaction.
