The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation type based on structural equations and the statistical population included physical education students of Tehran University of Science and Research in the undergraduate and graduate levels in the number of 340 people. The sample size was determined according to the structural equation modeling approach, the number of 5 to 10 subjects for each question and the condition of at least 100 subjects (Gursuch's proposal) and finally 181 people, and stratified random sampling was done. The measurement tool was a standardized questionnaire with 22 questions and acceptable reliability. For data analysis, structural equation modeling was used by partial least squares method with the help of SPSS26 and PLS Smart 3.0 statistical software. The results showed that moral values and intellectual capital have a mediating role in the relationship between the amount of social network use and the attitude towards body image. Therefore, physical education students of Tehran University of Science and Research can, by implementing programs related to the principled and appropriate use of social networks, their current and future personal growth and development and the formation of a constructive and effective attitude towards their body image and respect for moral values and preservation These values should be used to achieve a desirable level of individual and social performance.

The purpose of this study is to develop a model of strategic thinking skills, intellectual capital, core competencies and innovation in sports organizations in the country. The statistical population of the present study was 291 managers and experts of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, sports federations and the National Olympic Committee based on Morgan table were selected by stratified sampling method. The present research method is applied and descriptive-correlational. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data using SPSS software version 26 and structural equation modeling in Amos software version 24. The results showed that core competencies on innovation, core competencies on intellectual capital, core competencies on strategic thinking, intellectual capital on innovation and strategic thinking on innovation have a direct effect and finally core competencies through intellectual capital and strategic thinking on innovation in sports organizations as Indirect has a significant positive effect; Accordingly, the communication model of the effect of core competencies on innovation in sports organizations, the mediating variables of strategic thinking and intellectual capital has been designed and its fit has been confirmed. The research method was descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the study consisted of 170 staff members of sport and youth departments in Guilan province. Using a full-scale sampling method, a sample of 162 employees of the department was selected. To collect the required data, Bontistic Capital Questionnaire (1998), Hemmati Knowledge Management (2010), Bourdieu Cultural Capital (2002), and Hersey & Goldsmith (2003) organizational performance were used. The structural equation model was also used to test the research model in spss software version 24. The results showed that structural capital (Beta coefficient: 0/332), human capital (beta coefficient: 0/179), cultural capital (beta coefficient: 0/205) and knowledge management (beta coefficient: 0/310) had a significant effect On organizational performance, structural capital (beta coefficient: 0/304) and human capital (beta coefficient: 0/236) had a significant effect on knowledge management, structural capital (beta coefficient: 0/188), human capital (beta coefficient: 0/321) had a significant effect on cultural capital and structural capital (beta coefficient: 0/133) and human capital (beta coefficient: 0/139) with direct impact on cultural capital and knowledge management indirectly influenced the organization's performance.According to research findings, it can be concluded that for increasing the performance of organizations, the study of variables of intellectual capital, knowledge management and cultural capital was effective.

The purpose of this study was to investigate and evaluate the effect of organizational agility on organizational performance with the role of mediator of intellectual capital among employees of sport and youth departments in western provinces of Iran by presenting a model. The research method is descriptive and correlation based on the structural equation model. The statistical population of this study was all employees of sport and youth departments (Kermanshah, Kordestan, Hamedan, Lorestan and Ilam) (453 people), using 284 people who were selected using Krejcie and Morgan tables. For collecting data, three standard questionnaires of Intellectual Capital (Bontis) (1996), organizational agility Sharifi and Zhang (2001) and organizational performance of Yang et al. (2004) were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the sports management professors and their reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test. The findings showed that organizational agility had a 59% positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Intellectual capital also had a 45% impact on performance as an intermediary variable, and the effect of organizational agility on intellectual capital was reported as 71%, which had the highest effect in the research model. The test results of the research model indices were fit for fit and the research model was confirmed. These findings suggest that, in sports and youth departments, senior managers can achieve better organizational performance by providing the necessary platforms for intellectual development and intellectual capital.

The purpose of this study was to the effect of The Effect of Intellectual Capital is Productivity with an Emphasis on Knowledge Sharing in the Experts of Sports and Youth Departments of Khorasan Razavi Province. The research method is descriptive-correlative and applied and Population of study was all experts of Sports and Youth Departments of Khorasan Razavi Province are 165 of us Due to the limitation of Population, all patients were evaluated In order to collect data, three questionnaires of intellectual capital Bontis( 1998), productivity Hersey and Goldsmith( 1980) and Knowledge Sharing Hesselt (2003), was used. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling and path analysis were used by the PLS SPSS and LISREL software’s. Also, based on the suggested model can be said that,Intellectual capital with a coefficient of 0.89 has a significant effect on knowledge sharing and with a coefficient of 0.58, has a positive and significant effect on productivity. Knowledge sharing with the beta coefficient of 0.43 has a positive and moderate effect on productivity. The result is that the variable of knowledge sharing will mediate the variable of intellectual capital and productivity in a positive and relative is Mediates.
