The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of job stress and job insecurity on the intention of job leaving the lifeguards with mediating role of the job satisfaction in the city of Arak. The research methodology was causal and applied in purpose. The statistical population included all active lifeguards (N = 140) in Arak city. The sample size was 80 people from the active lifeguards of Arak. In this research, standard questionnaires including Khan et al. (1964) questionnaire for job stress, Nissi and Mahmoudian (2002) questionnaires for job security, Kaufman & Fisher (1979) questionnaire for job satisfaction and Seyshoor (1999) questionnaire for the intention to leave the job was used which after confimed validity by experts, reliability was obtained 0.80, 0.883, 0.872 and 0.717 respectively by Cronbach's alpha. To analyze the data, the partial least squares method and Smart-PlS software version 3 were used. Findings showed that job security has a positive and significant effect on job absence and job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job security predicts 69% of intentioned leaving the job. Also job stress predicts 58% of job satisfaction. Job stress has a negative effect on the intention of the job leave and job satisfaction, but these were not significant and job satisfaction as a mediator variable has not been able to predict the intention to leave a job.

This study aimed to investigate the role of work ethic on job stress and burnout in teachers of physical education in tehran secondary schools. This study is applied and descriptive_survey in terms of objective and method, respectively. The research population includes all Teachers of Physical Education in Tehran Which is about 1500 people in the academic year 95-96 and the statistical sample includes 306 subjects who were selected by simple random sampling method. Three standardized questionnaires were used to collect date: Petty work ethic questionnaire, Osipow job stress questionnaire, and Maslach job burnout questionnaire. The research data were analyzed using structural equation modeling technique. The results showed that work ethic on job stress and job burnout of teachers physical education in tehran secondary schools has significant reverse effect and job stress on job burnout has a positive and significant effect. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of organizational bullying perception in the relationship between job stress and the willingness to leave a job at the Ministry of Sports and Youth employees. The research method was descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the study consisted of all full-time staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth (N = 700). Using Morgan's sample size table, 281 people were selected by random sampling method. The data gathering tool was three Questionnaires included Parker & Decottis Job Stress (1983) Questionnaire, Kim et al Desire to Leave the Job (2007) Questionnaire, and Illinois Organizational Bullying (2001) Questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires has been confirmed by 8 sports management professors and their reliability in a preliminary study on 30 members of the community and the use of Cronbach's alpha coefficient for organizational stress, leave the job and organizational bullying 0.81, 0.88 and 0.79 respectively. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze the collected data. Results showed that all three variables of research and their components in the Ministry of Sport and Youth were significantly higher than the average, and fit the final model of research, There was a significant relationship between job stress and desire to quit service according to the organizational bullying mediator; Therefore, it can be concluded that organizational bullying can be considered as a factor in increasing and tendency to quit serving as a result of occupational stress; therefore, it is suggested that using mechanisms such as the formulation of special rules and regulations, the occurrence or exacerbation of organizational bullying reduced.

The aim of the present study investigates the relationship between job stress and career advancement in the style of managerial staff of the Youth and Sports Ministry. The research method was descriptive and correlational that field. The target population included all employees of the Ministry of Sport and Youth (N =700) to 240, according to Morgan table were selected by simple random sampling. To collect information from job stress questionnaires, Inventory management and career advancement questionnaire was used. Its validity was confirmed by seven professors of sport management, as well as the reliability of the study using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was. Statistical analysis KS, Pearson and multivariate regression to evaluate research data using SPSS software was used. The results showed a negative relationship between leadership style and job stress in people-oriented and task-oriented leadership style and there is a significant and positive relationship between job stress and significant. The results showed a strong predictor for stress managerial style and career development of its employees. As a result, in order to reduce stress on the career development of staff and managers need to consider human-centered leadership style
