Abstract
This study aimed to design a model of organizational innovation based on learning agility in the Departments of Sports and Youth. Using a qualitative approach, the research employed grounded theory with Charmaz's constructivist method for data collection and analysis.
Data were gathered through semi-structured interviews with managers and experts in organizational behavior from Sports and Youth Departments across the country. The sampling was conducted on an available basis, and a total of 13 interviews were carried out to reach theoretical saturation. Data analysis involved initial and focused coding, note-taking, and simultaneous concept exploration alongside data collection. To validate the findings, methods such as participant confirmation, member checking, and peer review were used. Structured processes were implemented to ensure reliability.
The results identified key factors influencing organizational innovation based on learning agility in the Departments of Sports and Youth. These factors included innovative culture, supportive leadership, organizational needs analysis, ideation processes, increased efficiency and effectiveness, employee empowerment, and sustainable development.
It is recommended that managers in the Departments of Sports and Youth enhance organizational learning agility and foster an environment for knowledge sharing to improve organizational innovation. Furthermore, regular training programs and inter-organizational collaborations for the exchange of experiences and ideas should be designed and implemented
