Abstract
The aim of the current research is to develop a model of job performance based on quantum leadership through the glass ceiling among female employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This research is a descriptive-correlation type, the data of which was collected in the field using a questionnaire. The statistical sample of the study included 145 female employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, who were selected by simple random sampling. In this research, 3 standard job performance questionnaires by Hersey and Goldsmith (1981), Azimi et al.'s quantum leadership (2013) and Rudesarai's glass ceiling (2016) were used. Data were analyzed using structural equation model method through SPSS and Amos software. According to the Pearson correlation coefficient test, it showed that there is a relationship between quantum leadership and employees' glass ceiling (r=0.754), between job performance and employees' glass ceiling (r=0.701), between job performance and Quantum leadership (r=0.666), there is a significant relationship. The results of the model show that job performance with an effect value of 0.76 on the quantum leadership of employees, job performance with an effect value of -0.70 on the glass ceiling of employees, and also quantum leadership with an effect value of -0.66 on the glass ceiling. The female employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran are effective. Therefore, it is suggested that the Ministry of Sports and Youth should present more positive images that reflect the experiences of women's leadership in a deeper and more accurate way and use the presence of women as great managers regardless of the negative beliefs and wrong attitudes about women.
