Abstract

Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence , mental health and self - efficacy were conducted in the elderly women using morning exercise participating program. The study sample included all elderly women ( 60 to 74 years ) were 2015 in Karaj City. With of available sampling, sample 40 was selected demographic variables, Emotional Intelligence, Mental Health and Self-efficacy were performed on them. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics ( Mean & Standard Deviation ), Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression analysis by SPSS 22 software. The results showed that between emotional intelligence and mental health and self-efficacy there is a significant difference ( P < 0.05 ). The regression results also showed that emotional intelligence is a powerful predictor of mental health and self-efficacy ( P < 0.01 ) .
