Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the relation between managers’ source of power and organizational health in physical education offices of Isfahan. Statistical population of research was 420 employees of physical education offices in Isfahan that was 155 employees selected randomly as statistical sample. Two researcher made questionnaires of managers’ source of power and organizational health were used to data collection. Data analysis was done by Pearson Correlation coefficient and multiple regressions.
Results showed that there were significant relations between position power and institutional integration, initiate structure and resources support of dimensions of organizational health (P≤0.05); also there were significant relations between personal power and institutional integration, initiate structure, influence and consideration of dimensions of organizational health (P≤0.05).
