The purpose of this study was to present a model of the role of perception of organizational justice on organizational entrepreneurship with the mediation of knowledge management strategy among employees of the Khorasan Razavi Sports and Youth Administration. The method of research is descriptive-analytic that was done field experiment. The statistical population of this research was the employees of the General Administration of Sports and Youth of Khorasan Razavi (N = 110). According to the research purpose, the statistical sampling method was considered as the total number and in total 12% of the drop, 96 completed and completed questionnaires. In this research, three organizational justice questionnaires (Niehoff and Moorman, 1993), a researcher-made questionnaire on organizational entrepreneurship in sports organizations that was used in Razavi et al. (2010) and the Knowledge Management Strategies Questionnaire (Tavakoli Takhtmashloo, 1393) used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the professors of sport management and reliability was 0.86, 0.87 and 0.86, respectively. Descriptive and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov Smirnov, Pearson correlation coefficient, T-test, step-by-step regression and Smart PCS version 2) were used. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational justice and organizational entrepreneurship and knowledge management strategy.

Disclosure is a powerful control tool in preventing organizational violations. The purpose of this study is to predict the disclosure behaviors of the employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth with a neural network approach. This research is applied and the method of information collection is survey. The statistical population included all employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth (870 people). According to Krejcie and Morgan table, 260 people were selected as a statistical sample and 250 complete questionnaires were examined. This questionnaire was developed by the researcher based on theoretical foundations and past research, designed and localized. In order to check and confirm the validity of the instrument, the validity of the content was examined through the opinion of experts and the validity of the structure was examined through confirmatory factor analysis. Also, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire, which was 0.86 for the whole questionnaire. Factors affecting violation disclosure behaviors by employees as input and self-reporting employee disclosure (internal and external disclosure) was considered as the output of this model. The evaluation results showed that the artificial neural networks model has a high accuracy in predicting the disclosure behaviors of the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth based on age and gender inputs. The evaluation results showed that the artificial neural networks model has high accuracy in predicting the disclosure behaviors of violations by the staff of the Ministry on responsibility, job satisfaction, moral identity and organizational Commitment.

The purpose of research was modeling Behavioral Characteristics and Intrinsic Emotions of Air-based Sports,s Adventurers tourisms Based on Real Self-Protective Behaviors. Therefore, by mix method reseach, in qualitative phase number of 20 Experts of research field experts by snowball sampling and in the quantitative phase, after assuring the contextual validity and internal reliability of the research instrument by Cronbach's alpha method (α>0.75), the researcher-made questionnaire of innate emotions questionnaire of satisfaction, the Borkenau Personality Traits Questionnaire (1993), and the Chian Protective Behaviors Questionnaire (2016) were used. Finally, after confirmation of Good of fit index of the model (Fornell and Larker triple indices) and insurance of sampling adequacy index, data were analyzed using Smart PLS-2 and SPSS Software. The results of factor analysis of data indicated that positive effect of pleasure variable and negative effect of fear variable on satisfaction of aerial athletes. Also, based on multiple regression results, extraversion and introversion behavioral characteristics have significant explanatory power on pleasure and fear variables. Therefore, it is suggested through the typology and classification of the level of excitement and riskiness of air-based sports tourists, it is possible to provide tourists with different levels of innate emotions

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of Organizational Health and psychological capital with Staff’s improving the psychological well-being in sports organizations of Kerman province. This study was a descriptive-correlative type that was administered as a field study. The population of this study included all employees of sports organizations of Kerman province (N=245), that among them 150 persons selected by cluster sampling method. After determining validity and reliability, in order to data gathering use of Organizational Health, psychological capital and psychological well-being questionnaires. The data analyzed by method Partial Least Square. Findings indicated that Organizational Health and psychological capital has a direct and significant impact on psychological well-being of sports organizations employees. According to the findings of this study, suggested to the experts sports organizations employees do provide the necessary context for the implementation of the Organizational Health and increase the psychological capital for human resource development in these organizations.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of job stress and job insecurity on the intention of job leaving the lifeguards with mediating role of the job satisfaction in the city of Arak. The research methodology was causal and applied in purpose. The statistical population included all active lifeguards (N = 140) in Arak city. The sample size was 80 people from the active lifeguards of Arak. In this research, standard questionnaires including Khan et al. (1964) questionnaire for job stress, Nissi and Mahmoudian (2002) questionnaires for job security, Kaufman & Fisher (1979) questionnaire for job satisfaction and Seyshoor (1999) questionnaire for the intention to leave the job was used which after confimed validity by experts, reliability was obtained 0.80, 0.883, 0.872 and 0.717 respectively by Cronbach's alpha. To analyze the data, the partial least squares method and Smart-PlS software version 3 were used. Findings showed that job security has a positive and significant effect on job absence and job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job security predicts 69% of intentioned leaving the job. Also job stress predicts 58% of job satisfaction. Job stress has a negative effect on the intention of the job leave and job satisfaction, but these were not significant and job satisfaction as a mediator variable has not been able to predict the intention to leave a job.

The aim of this study was to determine the structural relationships between organizational indifference, organizational virtue, organizational justice and quality of work life of employees of the General Departments of Sports and Youth in the northwestern provinces of Iran. The statistical population included 204 official employees working in the general departments of sports and youth of the northwest provinces of Iran (East Azerbaijan, 86 people; West Azerbaijan, 57 people; and Ardabil, 61 people). AbstractThe aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between cultural intelligence and ability of conflict resolution managers in the departments of Sport and Youth Hamadan province.The population of the investigation, including all the administrative managers of sports and youth and board of sports of Hamadan province is number 103 and the sample is proportional to the population size and the total number is considered.The research nature was descriptive – correlational which is among applied studies.To collect data,Iranian cultural intelligence questionnaire(2011) and Robbins’ organizational conflict resolution questionnaire (1996) were used in the present study.The indexes of ./82 and ./88 reflected the reliability of cultural intelligence and organizational conflict resolution questionnaires respectively.The inferential statistics used in the present study comprised Pearsons’ correlational coefficient and multiple regressions.The outcomes showed that there was a significant relationship between metacognitive ,cognitive and motivational components of cultural intelligence and the ability to solve conflicts by Hamadan Province Sport and Youth managers (p>0.05). Moreover, the component of cultural intelligence was an accurate predictor of the managers’ ability of resolving conflicts. Cognitive components of cultural intelligence showed greater influence on the managers’ ability of conflict resolution.Key words: cultural intelligence, ability of conflict resolution, Sport and Youth departments.

This survey aims to investigate the relationship between knowledge leadership Absorptive Capacity General Offices of Sports and Youth in West of Iran. The present survey is descriptive and is also done according to correlation and field method. In order to collect data of this survey two standard questionnaires of knowledge leadership were used based on Viitalamodel (2004) model and Absorptive Capacity was done according to Minerva et al (2003) model. The study population consisted of all male and female employees of all agencies in sports and youth west, using non-random sampling as a purposive sample of 274 individuals was selected for the study. In order to analyze the amount of reliability, Chronbach alpha was used and knowledge leadership questionnaire was a=0.93 and Absorptive Capacity was a=0.83 After collecting the data, they were analyzed according to survey hypothesizes using One Sample t Test, Pearson correlation as well as multiple Regressions so that the results indicate that: 1- knowledge leadership status with the value (P=0.001, t= 5.66) above-average and absorptive capacity with the value (P=0.001, t= -0.33) Lower than the average level was 2- There is a significant and positive relation between knowledge leadership and its features with absorptive capacity. 3- Support the learning process individual and group can predict absorptive capacity dimensions {Employees motivation (β= 0.45) Employees ability (β= 0.68)} in a positive and significant way. So it can be concluded that the knowledge leadership of employees can play an effective role in facilitating their absorptive capacity.

The purpose of this research was to analyzed the relationship between work ethic with job satisfaction and organizational commitment of events volunteers in sport. The method that applied in this research was descriptive-correlation. The research statistic population consists of all volunteers participating in twelfth sport-cultural Olympiad of male and female students of universities all around the country. In fact, 133 persons were evaluated as the sample of the research. For collecting data, it was used from two questionnaires work ethic of Petty (1990), satisfaction of volunteer experiences of Mallaei et al (2009) and organizational commitment of Allen and Mayer (1991). To determine the causal relationship between variables collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between work ethic and Satisfaction, work ethic and organizational commitment, Satisfaction and organizational commitment Volunteers. Also there is an indirect, positive and significant relationship the mediating role of satisfaction between work ethic and organizational commitment. It is recommended to athletic directors to increase satisfaction in sport volunteers by providing ethic codes and developing work ethic principles and through continue to develop their partnership.

The present research sought to examine the impact of the information technology (IT) and the management information system (MIS) on the organizational performance of physical education managers and experts in the education department of Khorasan-e Razavi province. This descriptive-correlational study was conducted on a statistical population consisted of all managers and experts of the education department of Khorasan-e Razavi in 2015. The sample size (N=62) was equal to the statistical population since the latter included a limited number of participants. Data related to IT were gathered using a questionnaire designed by Azizi et al. (2013); data related to MIS were gathered using a questionnaire designed by Mostafaei (2009); and data related to organizational performance were gathered using a questionnaire designed by Rezaei (2014). The validity of the questionnaires had been confirmed in previous studies while their reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha which produced the following results: =α 0.817 for IT questionnaire, =α 0.958 for MIS questionnaire, and α= 0.925 for organizational performance questionnaire. Also, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were employed at the significance level of to analyze data. Results from Friedman test showed that subjects under study attached more importance and priority to the use of intranet and employee databases in the fields of IT and MIS respectively. Also, a significant positive relationship was observed between IT and organizational performance and between MIS and organizational performance. When compared to MIS, IT was a stronger predictor of improvement in the organizational performance of physical education in the education system.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of mediator of social responsibility in the relationship between professional ethics of managers and Behavioral Citizenship of the fans of football clubs. The research method was correlation and survey. The statistical population of this research was all fans of the national football league in 2017-18, who were present at the Azadi Stadium to watch their favorite football matches. Using the sample size formula for an unlimited society, 320 people were selected as samples. The research Instruments were Eidi professional ethics questionnaire (2016), Bakhshande Social responsibility questionnaire (2012) and citizenship behavior Gruth questionnaire (2005). Collected data were analyzed by inferential methods such as pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation model. Research. results showed a positive and significant relationship between professional ethics, social responsibility citizenship behavior Fans. the output of the AMOS software showed that structural model is fit. (GFI = 0.91, IFI = 0.95, NFI = 0.96, CFI = 0.96 & RMSEA = 0.012). According to results it seems that The social responsibility of the club can act as a mediator between the professional ethics of managers and the citizenship behavior of the fans And professional ethics thus show their effects on the citizenship behavior of supporters.

The purpose of this research is analysis of role of education and human capital in economic competitiveness of sport in West provinces of Country The necessary data for this research is collected by using of Cohen sample content chart and random sampling method from 373 sport staff from provinces of Ilam, Kurdistan, Kermanshah, Hamadan and Lorestan. The tool of measuring is a part of economic competitiveness questionnaire`s Klaus Schwab (World Economic Forum). The questionnaire reliability and the coefficient validity were confirmed by nominally form and with (α= 0.87), respectively. Analysis of Data was done by using of Kruskal - Wallis and following Mann-Whitney U test. Based on findings of research, provinces of Kermanshah stand`s in the best situation and there in after provinces of Lorestan, Hamadan, Kurdistan and Ilam, stand ordinal.

The most significant factors in facilitating and enhancing creativity and innovation in an organization are appropriate structure and arrangements in line with the desired objectives. The youth and sport organization as a critical infrastructure is faced with an absolute failure to accomplish its mission in the country. Therefore, the present research is an attempt to measure the relationship between backup culture, creativity stimuli, innovation, and performance of the entire staff of the youth and sport organization in the West Azarbaijan province. The statistical population of the study included all the employees of the Office of Youth and Sports in West Azarbaijan province (N=72).The instrument used was a valid and reliable questionnaire of organizational entrepreneurship and performance the reliability of which was calculated as 0.81 following a pilot study administration. The validity of the questionnaire was also gained through expert checks. Analyzing the data via employing SPSS version 16, the researchers used Pearson correlation coefficient and the findings revaeled a significant positive relationship between backup culture, creativity stimuli, innovation, and performance. Therefore, the more organizations present an appropriate, desired, creative, talented, and stimulating atmosphere, the better performance they will have concerning staff satisfaction, customer satisfaction, and financial issues.

The aim of this research was to investigate Knowledge Management is one of the most interesting and challenging management sciences in the new millennium. The purpose of this study was priority rating and review influencing factors of knowledge management relationships at the Ministry of Youth and Sports. This study could be considered as the purpose, functional and data collection, descriptive - survey. Study population was all employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports (745 people). Sample size was calculated based on Morgan (254 people). The data collection instrument was a questionnaire that Enayati had used it in her research. For data analysis at level of inferential statistics test, one sample T test, Pearson correlation, AHP was used by the SPSS (V.20) and Expert choice (V.11) software. The results suggest that the factors influencing knowledge management, including information technology, organizational culture and organizational structure on knowledge management has a significant role and influence of strategies as an influencing knowledge management, is not meaningful. Among the four variables, organizational culture is the most important factor influencing knowledge management and knowledge management strategies are the least important.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship between Job Satisfaction and organizational justice with Procrastination among sport corps Staff of Hamedan city. The method applied in this research was descriptive-correlation. A sample of 162 employees was randomly selected. The data collected from questionnaires procrastination of Tuchman (1991), Job Satisfaction of Berifildoross (1951) and organizational justice of Neyhof and Mormen (1993). Face and content validity of the questionnaires were examined and approved by experts. Collected data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and stepwise regression coefficient. The result of research showed that no significant correlation exists between Job Satisfaction and Procrastination and interactional justice with Procrastination. The results showed that there was significant negative correlation between procrastination with organizational justice, distributive justice, procedural Justice. The results of the stepwise regression showed that previse distributive justice, procedural Justice of the procrastination 17%. Directors can by use of Suitable dispensation and apply Just Procedure in Organization, increase distributive justice and procedural justice scale and in this way decrease staff Procrastination scale in Organization.

The purpose of the research was the investigation of the relationship between mental Health and Job involvement of physical education teachers in Yasuj. The statistical population were all physical education teachers in Yasuj city (N=105), so all of them were chosen for the research sample by totally methods. To achieve the research goals, two standard questionnaires such as Dragvtys et al (1984) mental health questionnaire and Edward & Clipart job involvement (1984) questionnaire were used. Validity of two questionnaires was confirmed by 15 experts and their reliability were studied in a pilot study with 30 subjects and calculated as 0.95, and 0.78 respectively. For data analysis the descriptive statistics and inferential statistics methods, including Kolmogorov- Smirnov, Single sample T-student test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Friedman were used. The results indicated that paranoid thoughts, anxiety, depression, physical problems, interpersonal relationship sensitivity, obsessive or compulsive, aggression, and psychosis are the most important dimensions of health mental in the physical education teachers in Yasuj and there is a significant difference among the priorities of these factors. The mental health and dimensions of mental health were at the desirable level among physical education teachers in Yasuj. Also job involvement was at the desirable level among physical education teachers in Yasuj. Finally, there is a negative relationship and not significant relation between the mental health and dimensions of mental health and job involvement in physical education teachers in Yasuj (p≤ 0.05).

The process of choosing candidates for the entrance examination, may, in accordance with the conditions of time and place numerous factors and criteria to be withdrawn. The research investigates the social factors, cultural, family and gender in the selection of candidates for the entrance examination for physical education 94-93 study.The present study was to survey a sample taken from 212 volunteers, 97 male and 115 physical education for girls from the provinces of Semnan, Mazandaran and Golestan in 1393 were 94 students in the total number of samples, ie samples of equal with the population. The instrument was a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed using scientific methods. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics as well as correlation and regression spss statistical software was used. The results showed that six important factor in the choice of physical education is important. Physical education students, family, friends, relatives and teachers and school counselors are the first component of the second factor, the acquisition of social status, the third factor, of course, is interested and interesting. Other factors that influence the sex of volunteer, career and discipline are parents. The purpose of this research was studying relationship between organizational climate and participation of physical education teachers' in Arak school’s decision Makings. The statistical population was elementary, middle and high school’s physical education teachers in Arak (189 teacher’s) which based on Krejcy and Morgan’ table, 128 teachers’ by stratified random sampling were selected as samples. To collect the data, organizational climate Litwin and Stringer (1986) and Lambert's and Hogan participation in decision making (2009) questionnaires were used. Data were analyzed by using stepwise regression in SPSS23 software. The results showed that organizational climate and participation of physical education teachers' in school’s decision making was in moderate rate. Also, there was relationship between organizational climate and participation of physical education teacher’s in school’s decision Makings. In addition, sub-scales such as structure, reward, conflict and standards had influence on participation in decision making. It seems, improving these sub-scales can be enhancing participation of physical education teacher’s in school’s decision Makings so that used to capabilities of them for achieve of schools aims.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the behavioral factors of strategic and operational plans of public sports in Iran. Regarding the research goal, the present research is aimed at using a variety of applied-development research that is conducted in the field of strategic and analytical research. The statistical population of this research consisted of all members of the board of directors and chairmen of the federation of The purpose of this study was to regressive analysis of the organizational health and job satisfaction with Job burnout of physical education teachers of Tehran province. Statistical population included all physical education teachers in Tehran (N=1500). Based on the Morgan table 320 persons were chosen simple randomly method for research sample. The Hoy & Fildman (1997) questionnaire of organizational health inventory, and Jackson and Maslach (1985) questionnaire of Job Burnout, and Minnesota (2000) questionnaire of Job satisfaction were used to achieve the research objectives. Their reliability were studied in a pilot study with 30 subjects and calculated as 0.82, 0.89 and 0.79 respectively. Analysis of the collected data done by descriptive approach and inferential statistics methods, including K-S, and regression through SPSS software. Results of the research showed that there is a negative significant relationship between the organizational health inventory and Job burnout of physical education teachers. There is a positive significant relationship between the organizational health inventory and job satisfaction of physical education teachers. There is a negative significant relationship between the job satisfaction and Job burnout of physical education teachers

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between political intelligence and verbal intelligence with transformational leadership style of managers and employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports was performed. Methodology: This study of the category way of data collection and research and relationships between variables is descriptive – correlative. The purpose of the study is applied to field study was conducted. The study consisted of all employees and directors of the Ministry of Youth and Sport's (N =700), 60 number of managers for a total and 200 employees randomly used by Morgan as were selected (n =260 ). In this study, three standard questionnaire verbal intelligence David A.. Kolb (2005), the political intelligence Ashraf & Zahid Lqbal (2010) and transformational leadership style of Bernard Bass (1985) was used. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed in this study. To verify the information K-S test, Pearson correlation and linear regression was performed using the software spss 20. Results: The results showed that the political intelligence and verbal intelligence research samples is desirable. The results showed the political intelligence and transformational leadership style (r260 =0.52, p =0.01) as well as between verbal intelligence and transformational leadership style and positive relationship significant (r260 =0.65, p =0.01).

The purpose of this study was to predict organizational effectiveness based on emotional intelligence of high school physical education teachers in illam province .The population was all of high school physical education teachers in Ilam province comprises 152, the sample was all of population because they are small in size. Research instrument was Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence and Ratter’s organizational effectiveness questionnaire that their reliability were 0.79 and 0.71 respectively. Collected data analyzed using one-sample t test, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis with SPSS software. Based on the findings, the relationship management (P≥0.001), consciousness (P≥0.016) and auto management (P≥0.001) has a significant relationship with organizational effectiveness of physical education teachers. Also self-management and relationship management, emotional intelligence ,can predict ability of physical education teachers’ organizational effectiveness. It can be stated that organizational effectiveness of physical education teachers improves by strengthening their emotional intelligence and self-management, particularly in self-management and relationship management.

In the present era, sport is one of the most important ways of developing effective educational and ethical and healthy activities among young people, which has expanded considerably. Sports scenes, although based on the rules governing exercise, sometimes damage the athletes due to the lack of ethical behavior and the sense of defeat of the players and the change in the method of combat, although some of the suggestions are that the athletes are happy with the acceptance of the injuries. In some cases, injuries have resulted in spinal cord death or even death of the athlete. Islamic jurisprudence has come to the conclusion that the injured person has been convicted of civil and criminal damages and injuries. And requests compensation for injured athlete. Considering the position of Islamic jurisprudence in promoting ethics and even a significant impact on the status and success of the sport, it is important to consider the moral indicators of Islamic jurisprudence as a strategy for promoting the level of ethical athletics.

The purpose of this study was to determine the motivators of participants in the swimming sporting events of the Tehran Functions. The method of this research is descriptive and field-based. The statistical population of the study was swimmers who participated in swimming competitions in Tehran. For this purpose, 230 people (150 girls and 90 boys) were selected by random sampling method. The data gathering tool was Gil et al. Descriptive statistics were used to estimate the frequency of participants. By performing Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (K.S.) for data normalization and subsequent to non-normalization of data distribution, binomial statistical tests, Yu-Mann-Whitney, Kruskal-Wallis and Friedman tests to prioritize the motivators of participating participants Has been. The significance level in this study was determined to be <0.05. The study showed that the participation motivation of participants in swimming events in Tehran is desirable, and the level of education is less than the participation of swimmers. It was also shown that motivating factors have been effective factors in the participation of swimmers. There is a difference between the incentive for girls and boys to participate in sports, and the motivation for girls is more than boys among swimmers. The mean of motivation varies in different age groups, and the motivation and component of it in the participation of swimmers is not significant in terms of the level of history. Also, in prioritizing the components, entertainment and development, readiness, situational factors, grouping, skill improvement, success, Energy evacuation, and finding friends.

The main objective of the present study is the investigation relationship between organizational learning capability and organizational agility as well as the role of moderator of employment status on the relationship between organizational learning capability and organizational agility. 260 people from this office were randomly selected from 800 staff by Cluster sampling based on Kerjesi and Morgan’s table and they answered the Spitzer’s organizational agility (2007) and organizational learnability questionnaire of Chiva et al (2007). Content and 2 Validity of this questionnaire was approved by 15 Sport Management Experts. reliability of organizational agility and organizational learning capability questionnaires were calculated by Alpha’s Chronbach coefficient 0.96 and 0.89 respectively.. Correlational and analytic research method was used in this study. SPSS 24 and Amos 23 softwares were used for analyzing data. Results showed that there is positive and significant relationship between organizational learning capability and organizational agility and role of moderator of employment status was approved..
