Job attitude is a multidimensional concept that reflects a person's positive and negative perceptions about the job, interpersonal relationships, and work environment; And Having a positive job attitude is very important in achieving individual and organizational success.The aim of this research was to study the effect of threetypes of job attitudes, Task-based attitudes,People-based attitudes and organization-based attitude on the effectiveness of important organizational processes. It was a descriptive-analytic research and in terms of the data-collection it was a field study.The statistical population included all employees, 118 people were selected through random sampling. The validity of researcher-made questionnaire of job attitude levels and the Standard Questionnaire on the Effectiveness of Organizational Processes Hsu (2002) and Chaladora and Hijrati (1987),was verified by 10sport management specialists and their reliability was computed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.94 and 0.95, respectively. Modeling the relationships between variables was performed by structural equation model using smart-pls software showed organization-based attitude (B=+ 0.61; t= 8.90) and then People-based attitudes (B=+ 0.34; t= 06.05) in sports and youth departments of Guilan the province has a direct and significant effect on the effectiveness of organizational processes.In general, the results expressed Affective and normative commitment and Coworker support and Satisfaction with coworkers and supervisors, provide a strong prediction of the effectiveness of organizational processes.Therefore, a positive attitude towards the organization and employees can be more effective than a positive attitude towards the job or task itself.

The organizational integrity and cohesion provide a variety of benefits for the organization and its members, including the establishment of ethical norms, sustainable competitive advantage, commitment, unity and loyalty, honesty, etc. The aim of this research was to study the effect of organizational structure on the integration in the Ministry of Sport and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran. It was a descriptive-analytic research and in terms of the data-collection it was a field study. The statistical population included senior managers and key decision makers of the Ministry of Sport and Youth. The research tools were Robbins' (1991) organizational structure questionnaire and the researcher-made questionnaire of integration. The validity of these questionnaires was verified by 10 sport management specialists and their reliability was computed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.70 and 0.80, respectively. Modeling the relationship between variables was performed by structural equation model using smart-pls software. The results showed' that the relationship between organizational structure and integration is direct and significant (t = 5.44; P <0.05). In general, the results showed that the flexibility and empathy in the organic structure strengthens the integration in the Ministry of Sport and Youth.
