This study investigates the impact of the effectiveness of the educational system on organizational performance, with organizational citizenship behaviors serving as a mediating factor among female employees at the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The research is cross-sectional in terms of time, applied in purpose, and descriptive in nature. The statistical population included all female employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, totaling 324 individuals, all of whom were invited to complete the questionnaire. After excluding incomplete responses, 284 questionnaires were analyzed. The research instruments comprised standardized questionnaires on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Educational System Effectiveness, and Organizational Performance. Content validity was confirmed through consultation with subject matter experts. Reliability was assessed using Cronbach’s alpha, with coefficients of 0.70, 0.91, and 0.88 for the organizational performance, educational system effectiveness, and organizational citizenship behavior questionnaires, respectively. Data analysis and descriptive statistics, including means and standard deviations, were conducted using SPSS software. Hypotheses were tested using independent t-tests, Pearson correlation coefficients, structural equation modeling (SEM), and PLS software. The results indicated that the educational system and its components, organizational performance, and organizational citizenship behavior among the Ministry of Sports and Youth employees were at satisfactory levels. Additionally, significant positive relationships were found between the educational system and both organizational performance and organizational citizenship behaviors.

The census sampling method was used and the sample size was 168 people. Data collection tools were the standard questionnaires of Spinval Total Quality Management (2001), Podsakov's Organizational Citizenship Behavior (2000) and Niehoff & Moorman's Organizational Justice (1993), their validity was confirmed by professors, and the reliability of the questionnaires was obtained using Cronbach's alpha method. From descriptive and inferential statistical methods with SPSS software and the laser were used. In the descriptive statistics, the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and in the inferential statistics, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, correlation coefficient and structural modeling were used. The results in the final model showed that the impact of Total Quality Management on Organizational Citizenship Behavior is equal to 65%, the impact of Total Quality Management on Organizational Justice was 94% and the indirect impact of Total Quality Management on Organizational Citizenship Behavior was 36% with the mediation of Organizational Justice, all relationships were significant at the 0.05 level. The purpose of this study was to design a model for mediating the role of organizational citizenship behavior in relation to causal jihadi management and organizational virtue with the political behavior of employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The research method is descriptive-correlational and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this study was the employees of the Deputy for Management Development and Support Resources of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and its number is 290 people. According to Cochran's formula, the number of samples was 127. The data collection tools of this study were Hejazifar Jihadi Management Questionnaire (2015), Organizational Virtue of Cameron et al. (2004), Shaker Ardakani Organizational Citizenship Behavior (2015) and Amir Sheibani (2001) Political Behavior. Structural equation modeling method under Smart PLS3 software was used to investigate the research model and validate the hypotheses. The results showed, it was found that the variable of jihadi management has a positive and significant effect on organizational virtue. Also, the positive and significant effect of organizational virtue on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational citizenship behavior on employees' political behavior was confirmed. But the effect of jihadi management variable on citizenship behavior was not confirmed. Regarding mediation relations, it was found that organizational virtue mediates the effect of jihadi management on organizational citizenship behavior. Citizenship behavior also plays a mediating role in the relationship between organizational virtue variables and employees' political behavior. However, the effect of mediating the variable of organizational citizenship behavior in the relationship between jihadi management and political behavior of employees was not confirmed.
