the purpose of this research was to develop a model of factors affecting customers' behavior in buying sportswear from online stores. The qualitative research method was chosen with the grounded theory approach. The statistical population of the research included two parts of human resources (managers of online stores, online marketers, and expert professors in the field of digital marketing) and information sources (scientific, library, and relevant and reliable media). Sufficient number of interviewees and information sources were selected purposefully and based on reaching theoretical saturation (18 people and 25 documents). The research tool included semi-structured exploratory interviews along with a systematic library study. The validity of the tool was evaluated and confirmed based on the practical and scientific merit of the sample, the opinion of experts and the agreement between the correctors. In order to analyze the findings, a multi-stage conceptual coding method (open, central and selective) was used with the foundation's data theory approach. The final conceptual framework included 59 components, 11 dimensions and 5 themes identified. Its themes and dimensions include addiction to online shopping (dimensions of addictive shopping behavior and pleasurable shopping), quality (dimensions of website quality, product quality and service quality), ease and cost-effectiveness of shopping (dimensions of ease and time saving and ease purchase), advertising (dimensions of product advertising and word-of-mouth advertising) and trust (dimensions of site credibility and sense of security). Based on the findings of the research, it can be said that the tendency of customers to buy sportswear from online stores can be influenced by individual factors, and paying attention to this issue can make sports stores more distinctive in attracting customers and consumers in the virtual space compared to other competitors

This study was conducted in Iran with the aim of presenting a model of the effect of transformational leadership style on organizational adaptability, with the mediating role of communication skills and job adjustment in sports federations. The statistical population of the study consisted of sports federations and sports delegations, of which 386 employees and their managers were selected as a statistical sample through a face-to-face and online questionnaire, and the results were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Emos software was calculated and the final model was presented. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated and confirmed using Cronbach's alpha method of 93%. The results showed that the appropriate fit of the model was based on the effect of all paths of the proposed research model. The results showed that transformational leadership through communication skills and job adaptation has a positive and significant effect on promoting organizational adaptability. Among them, the most effect is related to the role of transformational leadership on communication skills with an effect rate of 69%. Therefore, the directors of sports federations and boards are advised to facilitate adaptation to the current changing conditions by changing the practice in their leadership style and using a transformational leadership style that will lead to improved communication skills and job adaptation of employees.

The purpose of this study was to design a model of the role of social exchange in the responsibility of the elite referees of Asian football and football. The statistical population of this study included elite football referees and Asian futsal men in two sections of men and women who were in the 2017 Elite list of Asian referees. With regard to the limited population of the population, sampling was a total of 292 individuals in the study. The research method is descriptive and is a type of structural equation that has been implemented as a field. Data were gathered using social researcher-made questionnaire and accountability questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, descriptive indices, multiple regression analysis and path analysis were used. The results showed that organizational support and social support have a positive and significant effect on the responsibility of referees. On the other hand, social exchange had a positive and significant impact on the social, legal, economic and moral responsibility of referees. Also, the path analysis method of social exchange with positive and significant responsibility (T = -2.5 = 2, PC = 0.26).

The purpose of this research was to define sports culture and its components in Iran. The technique chosen to create this definition was qualitative, using the Delphi method. The research population included sport management experts and sociologists, athletes, sport managers, coaches, people who were familiar with the cultural atmosphere in sports, and active Protagonists in sports(N=111) who participated in the four rounds of the Delphi method selected and used in this research, with considerable decrease in numbers with each round. The results led to this definition for sports culture: “sports culture means a combination of expecting beliefs and assumptions in sports; behaving in ways in accord with favored social values and norms, including respectful behaviors, observing ethics, and the glorification of other nations’ cultures; creating sport participation habits through managing resources in order to make circumstances and equipment for sport activities more readily available to those who wish to participate in sports; and presenting the artistic and aesthetic aspects of sports as tangible cultural artifacts in society”.This definition was similar to famous cultural models and frames, with some exceptions in terms of emphasizing Islamic/Iranian values and the addition of concerns for resource management as an important component in the definition.
