Job attitude is a multidimensional concept that reflects a person's positive and negative perceptions about the job, interpersonal relationships, and work environment; And Having a positive job attitude is very important in achieving individual and organizational success.The aim of this research was to study the effect of threetypes of job attitudes, Task-based attitudes,People-based attitudes and organization-based attitude on the effectiveness of important organizational processes. It was a descriptive-analytic research and in terms of the data-collection it was a field study.The statistical population included all employees, 118 people were selected through random sampling. The validity of researcher-made questionnaire of job attitude levels and the Standard Questionnaire on the Effectiveness of Organizational Processes Hsu (2002) and Chaladora and Hijrati (1987),was verified by 10sport management specialists and their reliability was computed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.94 and 0.95, respectively. Modeling the relationships between variables was performed by structural equation model using smart-pls software showed organization-based attitude (B=+ 0.61; t= 8.90) and then People-based attitudes (B=+ 0.34; t= 06.05) in sports and youth departments of Guilan the province has a direct and significant effect on the effectiveness of organizational processes.In general, the results expressed Affective and normative commitment and Coworker support and Satisfaction with coworkers and supervisors, provide a strong prediction of the effectiveness of organizational processes.Therefore, a positive attitude towards the organization and employees can be more effective than a positive attitude towards the job or task itself.

The organizational integrity and cohesion provide a variety of benefits for the organization and its members, including the establishment of ethical norms, sustainable competitive advantage, commitment, unity and loyalty, honesty, etc. The aim of this research was to study the effect of organizational structure on the integration in the Ministry of Sport and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran. It was a descriptive-analytic research and in terms of the data-collection it was a field study. The statistical population included senior managers and key decision makers of the Ministry of Sport and Youth. The research tools were Robbins' (1991) organizational structure questionnaire and the researcher-made questionnaire of integration. The validity of these questionnaires was verified by 10 sport management specialists and their reliability was computed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.70 and 0.80, respectively. Modeling the relationship between variables was performed by structural equation model using smart-pls software. The results showed' that the relationship between organizational structure and integration is direct and significant (t = 5.44; P <0.05). In general, the results showed that the flexibility and empathy in the organic structure strengthens the integration in the Ministry of Sport and Youth.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between athlete’s satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior among Iranian Basketball Players of Premier League. The method was descriptive and correlational. Basketball players of 12 teams (N=134) including all male Iranian players involved in Iran Premier League have completed demographic questionnaire, Athletes’ Satisfaction Questionnaire (Chelladurai and Riemer, 1998), and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire (Podsakoff et al, 1997. A panel of Sport Management experts (n=12), reviewed the translated from of instruments, and 30 athletes participated in pilot study, and finally results of Cronbach’s alpha coefficient demonstrated the internal reliability of ASQ (r=0/93) and OCB (r=0/89). Data were analyzed with Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Spearman Correlation coefficient, and multiple variable Regression in significant level of P≥0/05.The results indicated significant relationship between athlete Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (r=0/60). Moreover, predictive power of Sportsmanship and helping Behavior via satisfaction from coach s’ training and team performance were higher than other dimensions of athlete’s satisfaction (P≥0/05). However, only coach’s behavior and interaction had significant effect in predicting index of civil behavior (P≥0/05). In generaly, athletes’ satisfaction from coach and team can improve Organizational Citizenship Behavior in team.

The aims of this study was survey the status to engage in the leisure sports patterns in recreational timeof family, and were analyzed consumption patterns based on income, number of members, inside and outside the city and participatory and non-participatory style. The research method used descriptive – qualitative.The population Included were families the citizens Rasht, that was to engage in family sports recreation inside and outside the city. The statistical sample because of the research field and aim were selected available to the targeted includes 100 families. The research instruments form interview based on was designed questions and then adjust the received information in the check list. To analyze the data and descriptive statistics were used for familial recreation foundations of. The results showed that the average familial leisure time sports 37/33 are families with a medium of (4 or 5) and the of income level 3-5 million are the largest sports recreation. Sports leisure familial more are form non-participatory style (86/19). Patterns of volleyball and mountaineering In between other patterns were the largest familial time of. Recreation within the city most of the suburban. Form approximate with the increasing number of family members and income levels recreation within the city reduction and the increased suburban and the vice versa. It looks attractive sports recreation patterns of, the group nature of their doing, Income level and the number of family member, families finding together weight facilities available to them status the main factors determining time of the familial is to engage in sports leisure.
