issues in all societies today and it has affected so many people. Football is one of the most popular and high-contact sports which especially focuses on the ethics and behavior of the players. The first step in resolving this issue is to find the factors that affect the immorality of football players. This study has conducted to study the factors affecting the immorality of Premier League football players. Materials and Procedures: In this study, a qualitative research method based on data foundation theory of Strauss-Corbin model was used. The statistical population of this study is consisted of physical education professors, football coaches and physical education students and using purposeful sampling method, semi-structured interviews with 18 professors and experts continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. In order to ensure the validity of the instrument from the opinions of experts and to ensure the reliability of the data, the non-participating elite review method was used. Results: After three stages of open, axial and selective coding, the results of data analysis around the paradigm model, six general categories were extracted that control the most important factors which cause the immorality in football players. These factors are: managerial factors, individual and psychological factors, political factors, economic factors, cultural and social factors and convenience factors. Conclusion: According to the research findings, it was concluded that internal and external factors are among the most important factors affecting the immorality process of football players.

The purpose of this study was to explore the discourse of change management in sports organizations based on the adaptive leadership approach in the Post-Corona. This research is a qualitative study that was performed by " Attride-Stirling" themed network analysis method. The research population consisted of university professors, managers of provincial sports and youth departments, and presidents of sports federations, 17 of whom were purposefully selected. The data collection tool was semi-structured interviews that continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. The obtained data were analyzed using MAXQDA software. Findings were organized in three sets: basic, organizing and comprehensive themes. Based on the obtained results, the mentioned framework consists of three comprehensive levels as described within the organization, management and meta-structure. Effective and strategic change is achieved when the adaptive approach is based on structural change, human relations, technology, leadership, interaction and innovation in the areas of flexibility, synergy, emerging order, leadership style, networking, perfectionism, open innovation and cohesion in organizations. The purpose of this study was to design a model of spiritual leadership to develop the job enthusiasm of the staff of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth in the northwest of the country. The statistical population of the study included 372 employees of all departments of sports and youth in the northwest of the country. According to Morgan's table, 180 people were selected as a statistical sample as a statistical sample. The research method was descriptive-correlation. Research measurement tools include; The Fry et al.'s (2005) Spiritual Leadership Questionnaire and the Salvanava and Shuffley (2001) Job Enthusiasm Questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by 4 sports management experts and the reliability was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of spiritual leadership with 0.810 and job enthusiasm of 0.848, respectively. Structural equation modeling by SPSS22 and AMOS22 software was used to analyze the information collected in the inferential statistics section. The results of model fitting (GFI = 0.94, CFI = 0.91, NFI = 0.94) showed the appropriateness of the model. Also, the results of research path analysis showed that spiritual leadership and its dimensions have a positive and significant direct effect on the development of employees' job enthusiasm. As a result, to develop and increase the job enthusiasm of employees of all departments of sports and youth, managers should use the spiritual leadership style.

In terms of results, the present study is a component of fundamental research in the qualitative phase and a component of applied research in the quantitative phase. The statistical sample in the qualitative section of 18 women sports experts, managers of sports federations and professors of sports management and experts of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and provincial sports departments were selected by snowball and targeted methods. The statistical population of the study was all managers and staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, managers and employees of provincial sports and youth departments, managers and employees of sports federations (2900 people). In the quantitative section, based on Morgan's table, the sample size was estimated to be at least 217, 300 questionnaires were distributed and 276 questionnaires were evaluated. Friedman's statistical technique, single-sample t-test, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling using laser software and spss software were used to test the hypotheses. The results show that there are a total of 67 components as effective discourses in the professional competencies of women managers with an emphasis on franchise change management in the Ministry of Sports and Youth, which can be reduced to 12 factors including managerial and leadership competencies; professional competencies; political competencies; Communication; operational competencies; perceptual competencies; psychological competencies; ideological competencies; ethical competencies; socio-cultural competencies; personality competencies, and finally behavioral and decision-making competencies.

The purpose of the study is designing a modelorganizational inertia based on employees empowerment of sport and Youth general Offices in Northwest of the country. Statistical population included all (372 persons of) Northwest sport and youth’s General offices employees. Using krejcie-Morgan table, sample size was selected 181 persons. Relative stratified random method used for sampling. applied in term soft purpose, and correlation kind of quantitative method adopted for the research.Steffi Haag (2014) organizational inertia and Spritzer (1995) employees empowerment questionnaire used as measurement tool. questionnaire validity confirmed by 10 sport management expert professors and reliability obtained0/89 for organizational inertia and 0/93 for staff empowerment by using Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient for structural equation modeling. Because of the abnormality of the data, software PLS was used to analyze the data. Results showed that staff empowerment has significant and negative impact on organizational inertia (t Value =4/363; path coefficient=0/76) and GOF model fit overall index is 0/736 and strong. If sport organization managers look for organizational inertia decrease, they should empower their staff

This study was correlational and the statistical society was the audience of Iranian Football League. Regarding the fact that the size of the statistical society was unlimited, random stratified sampling was used and a total of 944 individuals were selected as sample. In relation to the research variables, the survey was conducted. The data were analyzed by structural equation modeling test. Analysis of the findings showed: 1) the quality of services, perceived value and trust have a direct and positive effect on behavioral intentions; 2) the quality of service has a direct and positive impact on perceived trust and value; 3) perceived value has a direct and positive effect on trust and ultimately; and 4) the effect of service quality on the behavioral intentions of viewers was due to perceived value and direct and positive trust.
