The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between individual and organizational time management skills among the managers of physical education in East Azerbaijan. To this research, we used the correlation method. Our statistical society contained 100 people consisting of general director and deputies (4), heads of physical education of the provinces (20), heads of sport delegations (38) and their vice-chairmen (38). The sample size was considered as the same as the population size. The instrument used in this research consists of a questionnaire about individual and organizational skills, time management and six dimensions of it. To analyze the data, we got profit of the inferential statistical tests such as Pearson correlation test, Independent T-test, and one-way ANOVA. The outcomes showed that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between individual and organizational skills and time management (α:0/05, R:0/216). Besides, there is a connection between personal skills with four aspects of targeting (R:0/457), Prioritizing Goals and Activities (R:0/241), Operational Planning (0/334) and managing the relations (R:0/216). Also, there wasn’t any significant difference in comparison to individual and organizational skills in time management according to managers individual characteristic such as age (α:0/147, T:1/752) gender (α:0/124, T:2/258), study field (α:0/125, T:3/25) and job background (α:1/80, T:0/09).

Hosting in team sports has an important role in determining the outcome of a game. This research aims to address the influence of hosting on the performance of teams in Iran's Premiere League. The current research is of analytical- descriptive type as has been conducted as a field study. The data acquisition was done with the library method. The statistical population and sample are equal and include 23 teams of Iran's Premiere League during 2007-2008, 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 seasons. To analyze the data, kolmogorov test, single-variable regression and Multiple regression were used. Multiple regression analysis indicated that, Home game score (0.996), Number of failures in home games (0.742) and Number of conceded goals in home games (-0.437), were determined as the strongest predicators of factors influencing sportive performance of football teams in premier league. According to the results, it can conclude that the increasing of home game score, decreasing of number of failures in home games and decreasing of conceded goals in home games, have effect on improvement performance of Iran football teams in premier league. In a nutshell, the results indicate that hosting have a noticeable effect on the efficacy of the teams in Iran's Premiere League.

This study aims Analyze the competitive balance of Iran Futsal league and compare with Portugal, Italy, Czech, Slovenia, Russia, France, Spain, Ukraine, Netherlands, Romania and Croatia Futsal leagues in 2012-2013. This study uses secondary data obtained from the last tables of the Futsal leagues of the selected countries. For data analysis, the two indices of the five-club Concentration Ratio (C5) and the C5 Index of Competitive Balance (C5ICB) are used. Also the results indicated that based on C5ICB index, the highest and the lowest balances were respectively: Ukraine (118/79), Italy (121/94), Croatia (128), Netherlands (135/45), Iran (144/69), Russia (145/46), Czech (146/25), Romania (152/84), Spain (153) and Portugal (156/39). Thus, the leagues of Ukraine and Italy have the highest, and that of Portugal, the lowest balance among the leagues investigated in this study. A more appealing competition results in more ticket selling, lots of investing on TV broadcast and better sponsorship. All mentioned advantages cause to hold league competitions with high quality. Organizations in responsible of holding league must create conditions to increase competition among teams of league to benefit more appeal, spectators and ticket selling.
