The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of social undermining the functioning of the Directorate General of Youth and Sports Organization of Tehran province was the mediating role of job involvement. The research method is descriptive survey in the category applied research and the field was conducted. The study consisted of all employees of the General Directorate of Youth and Sports in Tehran that their number was 150. The sample was considered as a whole number. In order to collect data three questionnaires of social undermining Duffy and colleagues (2002), job involvement questionnaire Ladahl and Knjr (1995), and a questionnaire Hersey and Goldsmith (2003), was used. Data analysis using LISREL software using descriptive and inferential statistics, And in line with further analysis of the correlation and path analysis was used to model the causal relations. The results showed that, social undermining effect by a factor of -0/37 as negative affects on organizational performance, as well as social undermining job with the mediation of conflicts caused by a factor of -0/42 indirect impact on organizational performance.

The aim of this study was analysis of relationship between emotional creativity and emotional intelligence with self-efficacy of elite athletes Kermanshah City. Research method was descriptive and type of correlation. Population of study was all elite athletes in Kermanshah City that are present in national teams or have been Experience Membership and sample was 127 person that responded to 3 questionnaire of Eddy et al(1392) emotional intelligence , Sheerer et al (1982) self-efficacy and Averill et al (1999) emotional creativity. For analysis of data used K-S Test, Pierson correlation coefficient and multiple regression. The results showed that, significant relationship between components of Emotional creativity and emotional intelligence with athletes Self-efficacy. Also, components of Emotional creativity and emotional intelligence explain a significantly amount of changes in athletes Self-efficacy. Therefore, we suggest to managers and coaches of sports clubs that, through much attention to these two variables provide Conditions for increased athletic performance and improve their efficiency.

The purpose of this study, an analysis of the main challenges and obstacles to the development of football in the West of the country. Research methods, descriptive – survey. The population of the research includes all specialists, soccer, soccer board of directors, coaches, and athletes of professional football Five provinces in the West Country (Lorestan, Kermanshah, Hamedan, Kurdistan, Ilam) to the number is 230, Sample survey, based on 145 patients and randomly Morgan - cluster is determined. Data in this study, a five-item Likert scale questionnaire with 40 questions. Internal reliability by Cranach’s alpha coefficient 89/0 was determined. For data analysis, descriptive statistics (tables, mean ...) and inferential statistics (K-S, and Friedman) is used. The results showed that, in general, there are twelve fundamental challenges in the development of football in this area are: Lack of long-term planning and the ravages of capitalism professional club, poor management and poor marketing is one of the most important challenges. The barriers identified in this study, it is suggested Policy officials and the sport of football officials and related organizations across the province by implementing strategies according to the scheduled program, in the development of football in the West Country and accordingly take steps to improve the country's football.

The aim of the present study, Relationship between the cultural intelligence of personnel the General Directorate of Youth and Sport with the ability to solve conflict is the province. The population of the investigation, including all the personnel the General Directorate of Youth and Sport of Fars province is number 143 and the sample is proportional to the population size and the total number is considered. The instruments used in research, cultural intelligence standard questionnaire William and the Prado and questionnaire resolve conflict Vicks the reliability of their 0/84 and 0/81 has been reported. To analyze data, descriptive and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Pearson correlation, multiple regressions) were used. The results, and a significant positive relationship between cultural intelligence and its components showed the ability of to resolve the conflict. Also, multiple regression analysis showed that cultural intelligence can predict and explain the changes to resolve the conflict is 0/471. Because of cultural intelligence is an important factor in to resolve the conflict. So it is essential to improve the performance of high-level managers, considered the cultural intelligence and continuing education administrators in the field of to resolve the conflict, conflict pave the way for understanding and treatment is timely and accurate.
