The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of strategic flexibility on entrepreneurship through the mediating role of organizational learning (Case Study: Office of Youth and Sports West Country), respectively. The sample size is 341 people, which is distributed among the population.The measuring instrument was three Farshad-Mehr’s Flexibility Inventories (2015), Chang et al’s Organizational learning capabilities (2005) and Organizational Entrepreneurship (2011( questionares. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. All analyzes were performed using SPSS and PLS software. Research findings show that strategic flexibility and organizational learning have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship. Also, strategic flexibility has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning. Strategic flexibility on entrepreneurship through organizational learning of effect Positive and meaningful. It is hoped that the sports and youth departments, through the use of exploration and extraction learning in their organization, which are linked to the spirit of entrepreneurship and risk appetite, will create the greatest potential for entrepreneurship in their organization. It should also be noted that the use of this type of learning in the organization requires strategic flexibility that allows such a function to be given to employees in the organization.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of social responsibility on organizational performance, with emphasis on the role of mediator of familiarity on employees of sports departments and youth in the West of Iran.This research is descriptive- correlation based on the purpose of applied research.The statistical population of the study is 600 employees of sport and youth departments of western Iran. A stratified sampling method was used for sampling and Cochran formula was used to determine the sample size and 220 samples were selected as sample.In this research, three standard social responsibility questionnaires, Patterson organizational performance and organization's reputation coefficient were used to collect information. Structural equation modeling using Lisrel software was used to analyze the data. The results showed that social responsibility has a positive and direct effect on the knowledge with the standard coefficient of 2.09. Also, the social responsibility of the celebrity has a positive and significant effect on the quality of the work with the coefficient of 0.58 and the reputation of the performance has a positive and significant effect on the effect of 0.20%. Finally, social responsibility has a positive effect on the performance with a mediator role with a coefficient of 0.17 Has an indirect and meaningful effect. Therefore, the agencies are advised to push employees with a variety of programs to take responsibility and provide a ground for creating a reputation in the organization and thus increase organizational performance.

The purpose of this study was to Explanation, the effect of career plateau on intention to quit job with mediating role of burnout in the physical education teachers Kermanshah Province. The methodology was descriptive survey. The population included is an all physical education teachers were working in 1395 in Kermanshah Province, The number of them was 1230. The sample was determined based on Kerejci & Morgan table comprising 320 people and cluster random sampling. The statistical sample consisted of 320 teachers of physical education cluster-randomized sampling method were selected. In order to collecting the data,three standard questionnaires was used, career plateau (Mylymn, 1992),intention to quit job(Kevlar, 1984) and burnout (Mlch- Pines, 2005), The Validity of the questionnaires by using experts was evaluated and for reliability of the questionnaire Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used, which appears to be highly reliable and desirable to them. was used. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling and path analysis were used by the PLS software. The results showed that career plateau directly impact on quit job physical education teachers. Also career plateau indirectly through the variables of burnout on quit job physical education teachers Kermanshah Province employees.

The purpose of this study was to the effect of authentic leadership style on spirituality at work with mediating role of psychological capital in the west iranian jeneral youth and sport offices, The research method is descriptive survey and the population of this study included all administrative employees of jeneral youth and sports west of Iran are 182 of us. The sample was considered as a whole number. In order to collect data, three questionnaires of authentic leadership Avolio (2007), psychological capital Luthans et al (2007) and spirituality at work Mylymn (2003), was used. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling and path analysis were used by the PLS software. The results showed that authentic leadership directly impact on spirituality at work staff. Also authentic leadership indirectly through the variables of psychological capital on spirituality at work is affected employees. This means that psychological capital as a mediator in the relationship between authentic leadership and spirituality at work played a role. It is concluded that sport organizations can substantially due to psychological problems staff and style of authentic leadership in their organizations, Provide field to increase spirituality and advancing and improving the performance of organizations staff.

The aim of this study was Perceived Organizational Support, Job Involvement and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Physical Education Teachers in Hamedan Province. The research method is descriptive – Correlation. The statistical population was including of all physical education teachers in Hamedan Province (763 people). Random cluster sampling with proportional allocation used Finally 350 people responded to the questionnaire. We used Podsak(1990), OCB questionnaires, Kannungo (1982) job involvement questionnaires and Eizenberger(1986) perceived organizational support questionnaires. Their validity was approved from 10 viewpoint of sport management specialist and their reliability was approved with Cronbach's alpha Arrangement (0/78, 0/82, and 0/87). For data analyze, we used to descriptive statistics (The mean, standard deviation …) and inferencial statistics (k-s, Pearson Correlación, ANOVA and regresion).
