The aim of this research was investigating effect of jihadi management on employees social undermining with considering mediating role of leader member exchange. This study was an applied research in terms of purpose and a descriptive research in terms of method that performed in survey form. The statistical population was the employees of youth and sport office in Yazd province. A sample comprising of 106 members was selected using stratified random sampling method. The statistical instruments consisted of three questionnaires including jihadi management scale by GharaieeAshtiani and Poursadeq (2020), social undermining scale by Hamza (2018) and leader member exchange scale by Lou et al (2018). Reliability of scales was confirmed by Cronbach’s Alfa and composite reliability and validity of the scales was confirmed by content analysis, average variance extracted and confirmatory factor analysis. Data analysis, was done using descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, skewness and kurtosis) and inferential statistics (correlation test, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling) using SPSS 22 and Smart-PLS 2 softwares. The results showed significant correlations among all research variables. Jihadi management and leader member exchange had direct, negative and significant impact on social undermining. Jihadi management had direct, positive and significant impact on leader member exchange. Leader member exchange played mediating role between jihadi management and social undermining. Jihadi management had direct effect on social undermining and indirect effect via the mediating role of leader member exchange and indirect effect is more than direct effect.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational learning and knowledge management with organizational agility in sport Boards of West Azarbaijan province. The statistical population of the study consisted of 600 managers and staff of sport Boards of West Azarbayejan province. Based on Morgan's table, 234 peoples were randomly selected for research sample. In order to achieve the research goals, The organizational learning questionnaire of Gomez et al. 2005, Knowledge Management questionnaire of Lawson 2003, and organizational agility questionnaire Hasan Jarfi, 2013 were used.. The validity of all three questionnaires was confirmed by 15 experts and their reliability in the preliminary study with 30 subjects and with Cronbach's alpha was 0.91, 0.84 and 0.92, respectively. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods such as mean, standard deviation, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, single variable regression were used with SPSS20 software. The results of the research showed that there is a significant positive correlation between organizational learning and knowledge management with organizational agility. Also, organizational learning and knowledge management of West Azarbaijan Sport Boards can predict 67% of the organizational agility of West Azarbaijan Sport Boards.

This study aims was to compilation the role knowledge management on the organizational entrepreneurship and employee empowerment in department of youth and sport of yazd. According to the information department of youth and sport of yazd, in the 2016 study sample consisted of 144 employees. The sample size was considered 105 number. conducted applied research and the survey. measuring was with, Standard questionnaires role knowledge management (Dilmaghani & Namvar, 2017), organizational entrepreneurship and employee empowerment (Talebpour & Razavi, 2016). The reliability of questionnaires, respectively, 0/89, 0/91 and 0/84 respectively. For the test a research hypotheses, structural equation modeling based on partial least squares method using statistical software PLS. the result showed there is a significant impact of knowledge management on organizational entrepreneurship and employee empowerment and there is a significant impact of employee empowerment on organizational entrepreneurship. It seams pay attention to knowledge management and promotion of employee empowerment in the organization was a contributing factor in the promotion of organizational entrepreneurship.

The aim of the present study, Developing The ethical workbook of Physical education authorities of university of payamenoor.Statistical research society of physical education, all the authorities of the provinces, as well as the directors of the Department of physical education-payame Noor University have established that country statistical sample is equal to the number of population and 35 people.29 questions questionnaire measured tool researcher with factor 5, accountability, justice, honesty, professional attitude and respect was. Validity of the questionnaire by 10 professors of sports management confirmed. Reliability of the questionnaire using cronbach's alpha obtained 0.87. In order to analyze the data from the statistical descriptive indicators, such as the mean and standard deviation of the distribution, frequency and % and were used. For status questions, and the concept of a single t-azazmon a sample as well as to prioritize the questions and test data from Friedman and to compare the questions, and the concept of ethical workbook from the independent t-test and analysis of variance were used.. For factor analysis of structural equations manner,pls and spss22 software were used. Based on the results of all the dimensions of the concept of moral system in the 95% confidence level are meaningful And the size of their share of structure fitted up to have played a significant Among the factors affecting the ethical dimensions of the codification system to arrange the dimensions of professional attitude, justice and accountability is the highest priority.
