Abstract

This study aims was to Analysis of the role Depression of learning and experience on dimensions of organizational learning and innovation in department of sport and youth employment Yazd According to the information department of sport and youth employment Yazd, in the 2015 study sample consisted of 177 employees of sport and youth employment Yazd. The sample size was 123 number. conducted applied research and the survey. measuring was with, Self-made questionnaires Depression of learning and Organizational Learning and Organizational Innovation. The reliability of questionnaires, respectively, 0/83, 0/79, 0/85 and 0/88 respectively. For the test a research hypotheses, structural equation modeling based on partial least squares method using statistical software Lisrel. the result showed there is a significant impact of Learn Depression and Experience depression on shared vision, knowledge sharing, commitment to windward and organizational innovation. too there is a significant impact Common vision, sharing knowledge and commitment to learning on organizational innovation.
