The purpose of this study was to the effect of authentic leadership style on spirituality at work with mediating role of psychological capital in the west iranian jeneral youth and sport offices, The research method is descriptive survey and the population of this study included all administrative employees of jeneral youth and sports west of Iran are 182 of us. The sample was considered as a whole number. In order to collect data, three questionnaires of authentic leadership Avolio (2007), psychological capital Luthans et al (2007) and spirituality at work Mylymn (2003), was used. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling and path analysis were used by the PLS software. The results showed that authentic leadership directly impact on spirituality at work staff. Also authentic leadership indirectly through the variables of psychological capital on spirituality at work is affected employees. This means that psychological capital as a mediator in the relationship between authentic leadership and spirituality at work played a role. It is concluded that sport organizations can substantially due to psychological problems staff and style of authentic leadership in their organizations, Provide field to increase spirituality and advancing and improving the performance of organizations staff.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of servant leadership on intellectual capital; test the role of mediator organizational socialization Is done. The research method was descriptive and co relational study, structural equation modeling. Statistical population included all male and female employees in the departments of Youth and Sports in Western Azerbaijan province is 219 that by using sampling method purposefully non-random statistical sample 196 persons as sample were select for study. For gathering data, three standard questionnaires Servant leadership, intellectual capital and socialization were used. Research data after collecting by using statistical software LISREL, SPSS were analyzed. Results of Structural equation modeling showed that the direct effect of servant leadership (0/35) and organizational socialization (0/47) on intellectual capital at the level of 0/001is positive and significant. The direct effect of servant leadership (0/69) on organizational socialization at level of 0/001 is positive and significant. Indirect effect of servant leadership on intellectual capital with role of mediator organizational socialization (0/30) at level of 0/001 is positive and significant

The purpose of this study has been investigating the relationship between authentic leadership and organizational trust among the employees of Khuzestan Province Sport and Adolescent Organization. The research method is descriptive correlational method. Its statistical universe is all personnel of Khuzestan Sport and Adolescent Organization in 2014-2015 (n = 145). Statistical sample has been determined according to Morgan table (n=120)and through simple random sampling. Measurement instruments of data was Olive Standard Authentic Leadership Questionnaire (2007), and Cummings Organizational Trust Inventory (1996); the content validity of questionnaires has been confirmed by 12 sport management professors, and their reliability has been analyzed through a preliminary study on 30 subjects, which Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient were determined respectively 0.88 and 0.84 respectively. Descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson Correlation Coefficient, Stepwise and Multiple Regression) have been used to data analyze. Research results indicated that there is relationship of 0.59 between authentic leadership and organizational trust; moreover, the result of stepwise regression indicated that authentic leadership predict and explain 0.37 changes in organizational trust. It is possible that authentic leaders, through positive social interaction with their followers, make their employees more enthusiastic toward doing their job, and even experience more positive emotions. Authentic leaders increase employees' trust and respect by being conscious, being honest, decision making on the basis of internal ethical standards, and ability to realistic analyze.

aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between spiritual intelligence to Internet addiction is a student athlete. Correlation method , population about 1,400 students were participating in Olympic Games. A sample of 302 people, according to Morgan table. King Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire (2009) and internet addiction (1996 ) both validity and reliability had been confirmed . To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient , simple regression and multivariate ) at the significant level 0/05 software was used sppss 19. Pearson correlation analysis showed a negative correlation between spiritual intelligence and there is a significant amount of Internet addiction. Simple regression showed, 27/3 per cent variation on spiritual intelligence, the predicted Internet addiction among young people. The results of multiple regression test showed that 8/99 percent of total changes in Internet addiction among young people is dependent on the four components of spiritual intelligence . Due to the increasing amount of Internet addiction and the importance of spiritual intelligence officials and specialists so be sure to have a special look at this issue.

The aim of this study was to assess the effective indicators on transformation-oriented Leadership from the perspective of Youth and Sports General Department staff in Alborz Province. this study was a descriptive - analytic survey which was applicable in terms of its purpose and was fieldwork in terms of the methodology. Subjects of the present study were selected from all employees of the General Department of Youth and Sports in Alborz province (52 employees). Castiglione (2006) transformational leadership Standardized questionnaire was used to collect data in which Cronbach's alpha coefficient Obtained (0/98). Descriptive statistics and the KS test, UMann-Whitney, Kruskal-Wallis tests were used at the significant level α= 0/05 in order to analyze the data. The results showed the highest mean of variables related to the component of the charismatic characteristics (3/20 ±0/85) and the lowest one was belonged to the component of individual motivation (3/03 ± 0/86). Kruskal-Wallis test results also indicated that there was a significant relationship (sig=0/039) between the components of charismatic characteristics and the employment status of staff. The results of this study express that the most important factor in transformation-oriented Leadership is the charismatic characteristics of Leaders. Therefore, it is recommended that Leaders try to improve this effective component in transformation-oriented Leadership with creating the informal relationships, enhancing the communication with employees and attaching importance to the individual and organizational values accepted by the staff in order to make progress and effectiveness in the organization, consequently.

The aim of this study was analysis of relationship between emotional creativity and emotional intelligence with self-efficacy of elite athletes Kermanshah City. Research method was descriptive and type of correlation. Population of study was all elite athletes in Kermanshah City that are present in national teams or have been Experience Membership and sample was 127 person that responded to 3 questionnaire of Eddy et al(1392) emotional intelligence , Sheerer et al (1982) self-efficacy and Averill et al (1999) emotional creativity. For analysis of data used K-S Test, Pierson correlation coefficient and multiple regression. The results showed that, significant relationship between components of Emotional creativity and emotional intelligence with athletes Self-efficacy. Also, components of Emotional creativity and emotional intelligence explain a significantly amount of changes in athletes Self-efficacy. Therefore, we suggest to managers and coaches of sports clubs that, through much attention to these two variables provide Conditions for increased athletic performance and improve their efficiency.

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the perception of leadership style in sport, practices of applying power by coaches and sport commitment on the satisfaction of athletes Individual and team disciplines in the city of Kermanshah. The population of this study sample included individual and team athletes who had continuous exercise for at least 6 months that using variance estimation of 30 prototypes, 301 persons were considered as sample size. Also, the construct validity of the questionnaire was examined using confirmatory factor analysis and the Composit reliability and Cronbach's alpha was used to assess the reliability of the questions which the results of all questionnaires were obtained above 0.7. For data analysis, was used using two spss 22 and LISREL software 8.80. The results showed that the factors of leadership in sports, practices of coaches for applying power and sport commitment can predict and explain 0.55 of changes in satisfaction of athletes. Therefore, it is suggested that coaches to achieve satisfaction of their athletes, which can lead to success and the effectiveness of individual and group performance, pay special attention to particular types of democratic leadership styles and practices of applying specialized power.

AbstractThe aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between cultural intelligence and ability of conflict resolution managers in the departments of Sport and Youth Hamadan province.The population of the investigation, including all the administrative managers of sports and youth and board of sports of Hamadan province is number 103 and the sample is proportional to the population size and the total number is considered.The research nature was descriptive – correlational which is among applied studies.To collect data,Iranian cultural intelligence questionnaire(2011) and Robbins’ organizational conflict resolution questionnaire (1996) were used in the present study.The indexes of ./82 and ./88 reflected the reliability of cultural intelligence and organizational conflict resolution questionnaires respectively.The inferential statistics used in the present study comprised Pearsons’ correlational coefficient and multiple regressions.The outcomes showed that there was a significant relationship between metacognitive ,cognitive and motivational components of cultural intelligence and the ability to solve conflicts by Hamadan Province Sport and Youth managers (p>0.05). Moreover, the component of cultural intelligence was an accurate predictor of the managers’ ability of resolving conflicts. Cognitive components of cultural intelligence showed greater influence on the managers’ ability of conflict resolution.Key words: cultural intelligence, ability of conflict resolution, Sport and Youth departments.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between individual and organizational time management skills among the managers of physical education in East Azerbaijan. To this research, we used the correlation method. Our statistical society contained 100 people consisting of general director and deputies (4), heads of physical education of the provinces (20), heads of sport delegations (38) and their vice-chairmen (38). The sample size was considered as the same as the population size. The instrument used in this research consists of a questionnaire about individual and organizational skills, time management and six dimensions of it. To analyze the data, we got profit of the inferential statistical tests such as Pearson correlation test, Independent T-test, and one-way ANOVA. The outcomes showed that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between individual and organizational skills and time management (α:0/05, R:0/216). Besides, there is a connection between personal skills with four aspects of targeting (R:0/457), Prioritizing Goals and Activities (R:0/241), Operational Planning (0/334) and managing the relations (R:0/216). Also, there wasn’t any significant difference in comparison to individual and organizational skills in time management according to managers individual characteristic such as age (α:0/147, T:1/752) gender (α:0/124, T:2/258), study field (α:0/125, T:3/25) and job background (α:1/80, T:0/09).
