The purpose of this research was to determine regressive analysis of the political intelligence and the political behavior of the general administration of youth and sport and the sport boards managers’ in Fars Province. Statistical population included all managers of Fars general administration of Youth and Sport and the sport boards (N = 114). Based on the Morgan table 86 managers were chosen simple randomly method for research sample. The Cooke, Kooli, Hilary, and Kout (1999) questionnaire of political intelligence with 20 questions and Atashpour (2010) questionnaire of political behavior with 29 questions were used to achieve the research objectives. Validity of the two questionnaires was confirmed by 15 experts of sport management and their reliability were studied in a pilot study with 30 subjects and calculated as 0.84, and 0.81 respectively. Analysis of the collected data done by descriptive approach and inferential statistics methods, including K-S, single sample t-test, regression through SPSS software. Results of the research showed that political intelligence and political behavior of managers are desirable and moderate level. There is a significant relationship between political intelligence and political behavior of managers. Finally the political intelligence predictable political behavior of managers is 66%.

The aim of this paper is investigating the effect of NLP on job motivation and job performance. The physical education teachers of Mashhad , constitute statistical society of the research who were 1300 and 100 of them were chosen by cluster sampling. At first, the subjects were evaluated through the job motivation questioner of Basher and et al and Kenvy's job performance then were trained under nervous – verbal planning for 20 sessions. After that job motivation and job performance tests were taken from the subjects and the results were compared. Also job motivation's role was reviewed as a mediator variable with the job performance. The data was analyzed by K_S, T test, covariance analysis and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results showed that teaching NLP is proved on job motivation and job performance significantly. Also, the job motivation and job performance have positive correlation. According to the results and due to the significant effect of teaching nervous – verbal planning on job motivation and job performance , the field of teacher's performance improvement must be provided and create useful effect in development of sports and physical education.

The aim of this research was to survey relationship spiritual leadership and social capital with psychological capital in Asia Vision League in Fars province. Research method was descriptive-correlation and population of this research includes all of football players presented in Fars, which in this research it was used the total population sampling method. 180 questionnaires were distributed and finally 165 questionnaires were returned and used to analyze statistically. Data analyzed in two levels descriptive statistics (average, correlation coefficient, variance) and inferential statistics (Regression Pearson correlation coefficient). In this research sport management experts ideas used for questionnaires validity and reliability coefficient obtained from Cronbach's alpha method for spiritual leadership obtained 0.89 and for social capital 0.90and for psychological capital 0/088. The results showed that there was significant relationship between spiritual leadership and social capital with psychological capital. Result is that in todays' turbulent environments of sport teams through a series of relatively small and highly focused interventions that coaches want instant feedback on their teams performance results, the nature of social capital development could be helpful.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of peer leaders' behavior with team commitment and team effectiveness among shahrood futsal teams. This research is descriptive- correlational type. The research population consisted of all shahrood futsal teams players (N= 200). All players completed questionnaires and analyzed as study sample. In order to data gathering used of multifactor leadership (Bass & Avolio, 1995), team commitment (Scanlan, et al., 2004) and team effectiveness (Larson & Lafasto, 2001) scales. To analyze the data used of Cronbach's alpha, Pearson correlation and structural equation modeling. Findings indicated that transformational leadership style of peers has direct, positive and significant effect on commitment and team effectiveness. Also transformational style indirectly through team commitment has positive and significant effect on team effectiveness. Team commitment as a mediator variable has direct and positive effect on team effectiveness. Endogenous Variables’ R-Square indicated that 30% and 23% of team effectiveness and team commitment variance respectively is explained by exogenous variables. Finally, Results indicate that the peer leaders’ behavior has created a higher level of commitment within the team and the commitment increase the effectiveness of the team.

The purpose of this study, the relationship between job engagement with leaving the service staff of the General Directorate of Youth and Sports Kermanshah province. The method of research is The aim of this study correlated with success motivation coach - athletes are elite athletes Kermanshah province. The research methodology is descriptive and correlational. The study consisted of all elite athletes Kermanshah province to 445 people, which according to Morgan, 200 subjects were selected. The instruments used in the study, two standard questionnaires about Mrby- athlete and Tvmanyz Jewett (2004) and Herman achievement motivation questionnaire (1970), which vary from 850 and 84/0 reliability in order reported. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Pearson correlation and multiple regression were used. The data analysis showed that the positive relationship between motivation and success coach-player relationships with athletes. The three components of intimacy, commitment and complementarity there was a significant positive correlation with success motivation athletes. Regression analysis predictability of success motivation athletes on coach-athlete relationship factors disclosed. It can be concluded that the existence of good relations between the coach and athlete to increase the motivation of athletes success and areas for improvement and provides the performance and success of athletes.

The purpose of the present research is to design a model of structural theorem of interpersonal trust and political behavior on the effectiveness of personnel in workplaces of sport and youth in Hamedan and Kermanshah provinces. The research methodology is survey research and correlative survey. The statistic group is all employees of sport and youth offices consisting of 168 individuals. The selected research sample is a whole measurement that finally 152 questionnaires are received. For gathering data three questionnaires of interpersonal trust of Cook and Wall (1980), DuBrin’s questionnaire of Political Behavior (1987), and Moghimi’s questionnaire of Effectiveness are used. The validity of questionnaires are affirmed by ten professors of sport management. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach’s Alpha method which for questionnaires of interpersonal trust, Political Behavior, and Effectiveness are (0.80, 0.79, and 0.83) respectively. For analyzing the data, Pierson’s coefficient correlation and model of Structural Theorem were used. The range of parameters of GFI=0.93, AGFI=0.91, NFI=0.95, CFI=0.97, RMSEA=0.033 represented that the structural model was proper. The findings showed that the component of political behavior with Beta coefficient (0.47) is a stronger forecaster than interpersonal trust with Beta coefficient (0.39) for effectiveness. It means that interpersonal trust and political behavior lead to more effectiveness between personnel in workplace.

This survey aims to investigate the relationship between knowledge leadership Absorptive Capacity General Offices of Sports and Youth in West of Iran. The present survey is descriptive and is also done according to correlation and field method. In order to collect data of this survey two standard questionnaires of knowledge leadership were used based on Viitalamodel (2004) model and Absorptive Capacity was done according to Minerva et al (2003) model. The study population consisted of all male and female employees of all agencies in sports and youth west, using non-random sampling as a purposive sample of 274 individuals was selected for the study. In order to analyze the amount of reliability, Chronbach alpha was used and knowledge leadership questionnaire was a=0.93 and Absorptive Capacity was a=0.83 After collecting the data, they were analyzed according to survey hypothesizes using One Sample t Test, Pearson correlation as well as multiple Regressions so that the results indicate that: 1- knowledge leadership status with the value (P=0.001, t= 5.66) above-average and absorptive capacity with the value (P=0.001, t= -0.33) Lower than the average level was 2- There is a significant and positive relation between knowledge leadership and its features with absorptive capacity. 3- Support the learning process individual and group can predict absorptive capacity dimensions {Employees motivation (β= 0.45) Employees ability (β= 0.68)} in a positive and significant way. So it can be concluded that the knowledge leadership of employees can play an effective role in facilitating their absorptive capacity.
