This study aimed to investigate the effect of exercise on group cohesion ethics basketball and women's futsal teams took place in Ahwaz. This is the objective. The study population included all women's teams for basketball and football athlete of the city of Ahwaz. See, for example, the study of which 118 cases were identified. In order to collect data from three questionnaires to measure individual Aslaat Sports Ethics Questionnaire (ITCSQ) by Dyvdsvn et al (2006) was written. In addition to sports teams measure group cohesion questionnaire and Bravly Wade Meyer (1985) based on cognitive model of Caron (1982) was used. Analytics data collected for the Pearson correlation test using spss software and structural equations approach using AMOS software to check and test the research hypotheses were examined. The results showed a commitment to ethical values with a correlation coefficient 0/25 direct and positive relationship with group cohesion sports teams there. Structural equation modeling results showed that athletes with coefficient values Route 0/89 and the critical ratio (CR) 3/69 Tasyrdard on group cohesion.

The purpose of study was to examine The Relationship Between Authentic Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior With Mediating Role of Organizational Trust in Ministry of Sport and Youth Iran. The research method is descriptive-correlation and statistical population included all experts of the Ministry of Sport and Youth, that their number is 350 people. And stratified random sampling proportional to size, 185 of were selected as sample. The tools measuring of authentic leadership questionnaire Olive et al (2007), the organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire Padsakf et al (1990), the organizational trust questionnaire Moorman et al (1988). For data analyze, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation coefficient test and regression analysis test were used. In this study we were used from SPSS and LISREL software’s. Also, based on the suggested model can be said that, authentic leadership with positive effects on confidence corporate average by a factor of 0/48 and 0/78 high positive effect on behavior. Organizational trust with beta coefficient 0/56 a relatively high positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. It can be concluded between authentic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior there is a significant relationship with the role of organizational trust.

This study aimed at investigating the mediated role of cultural intelligence and communication skills related to communicative management to the customer. The population was all organization managers and sport centers in Khorasan Jonubi province(180 cases) In the year 1394 which 123 participants were selected based on a combination of random sampling using Morgan table. The research method was descriptive-analytic. The data collection method was a field study and measurement tools were three cultural intelligence questionnaires such as "William H. model. Pradesh "and questionnaires of Barton communication skills. Wood (1990) and Mohsenian customer communicative management (1392) which their validity was confirmed by 10 to 30 of sport management professors and Ferdoosi university of Mashhad. The reliability was determined through Cronbakh Alpha which was respectively 94/.,.و91,/85..The normality and appropriate inferential statistics test were used such as confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation analysis Using LISREL software and in some data spss software were used. The aim of this study was Regression analysis of job satisfaction and organizational commitment and the effectiveness of physical education teachers of Tehran’s Counties. The study population consisted of 1850 teachers of physical education in schools of Tehran’s Counties over the 93-94 academic year. According to Morgan 319 people randomly selected for the sample. for Data collection, standard questionnaire of Herzberg's job- satisfaction, containing 72 questions, standard questionnaire of Allen and Meyer’s organizational commitment containing 24 questions and standard questionnaire of Goldberg’s effectiveness containing 20 questions were used. The validity of the questionnaire was approved by 15 experts. The reliability of a preliminary study on 30 subjects by using Cronbach's alpha were calculated (0/79, 0/81, 0/83). In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics (frequency and percentage) and inferential statistics such as the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, linear regression, multiple regression and path analysis were used by using SPSS software 19.The results showed that job satisfaction have direct relationship with 0/53 route ratio with organizational commitment and also direct relationship with effectiveness with 0/40 route ratio. Also organizational commitment with 0/34 route ratio has direct relationship with effectiveness. Also teachers Job-satisfaction indirectly with 0/63 route ratio and through organizational commitment with effectiveness of physical education teachers of Tehran’s Counties has meaningful realationship. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction are key factors in the success of any organization. The main aim of High levels of job satisfaction and organizational commitment efforts to achieve organizational goals that are linked to organizational effectiveness.

Employment issue is an important national challenge, especially among university graduates, in the upcoming decade. Therefore, analyzing and determ ining skills influencing to entrepreneurship of students has a considerable importance, especially among management sport students.The main goal of the present study was Analyzing behavioral factors affecting the development of entrepreneurship of management sport students. This descriptive-analysis study was of exploratory type which was done as a field research. The statistical population included 2761 people of management sport students. According to the statistical estimation, the sample size was obtained as 338 people. For the purposes of this study were used through a questionnaire with 28 questions that Its content validity was confirmed by 15 people of sports management professors and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (α =0.94) was estimated for validity of the questionnaire. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistical methods such as factor analysis, KMO, Bartlett with SPSS software was used. The findings show that behavioral factors, environmental, technical, commercial and management are involved in develop entrepreneurship students .

The aim of this study was to examine the impact of the regulatory environment on organizational maturity in the Youth and Sports Ministry. To achieve the study objectives using standard questionnaires of organizational maturity Soltani et al. (1389) and the regulatory environment Picnic Race (1394) was used. Confirmed the validity of both questionnaires 8 of the experts and the reliability of them in a pilot study with 30 subjects, respectively, 83/0 and 86/0 respectively. To analyze information collected from descriptive and inferential statistical methods including regression and Pearson correlation coefficient and SPSS and AMOS software was used structural equation with the help of two. Regulatory environment can be positive and significant effect on maturity equal to 216/0 in the organization. Finally, the legal environment in an organization's ability to predict 45% of puberty.

The aim of the present study investigates the relationship between job stress and career advancement in the style of managerial staff of the Youth and Sports Ministry. The research method was descriptive and correlational that field. The target population included all employees of the Ministry of Sport and Youth (N =700) to 240, according to Morgan table were selected by simple random sampling. To collect information from job stress questionnaires, Inventory management and career advancement questionnaire was used. Its validity was confirmed by seven professors of sport management, as well as the reliability of the study using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was. Statistical analysis KS, Pearson and multivariate regression to evaluate research data using SPSS software was used. The results showed a negative relationship between leadership style and job stress in people-oriented and task-oriented leadership style and there is a significant and positive relationship between job stress and significant. The results showed a strong predictor for stress managerial style and career development of its employees. As a result, in order to reduce stress on the career development of staff and managers need to consider human-centered leadership style

The goal of the present study is to investigate the relation between spiritual Intelligence, organizational commitment and job satisfaction Employees of Sport and Youth General Office of Selected Provinces. The research method is descriptive-correlation. The statistical society of this research includes all employees of Sport and Youth General Office of Selected Provinces accounted to 185 individuals; among them 125 individuals were selected as the sample using simple sampling method. Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaires of AbdoallahZade et al (2010), job satisfaction of Smith et al (1969) and organizational commitment of Allen & Meyer (1990) were used for data collection procedure; after validity was proved by experts reliability was also computed by using Cronbach Alpha. To analyze data and research assumptions tests, regression analysis and structured equations model were used through applying SPSS and LISREL softwares. Findings show that the relation between spiritual Intelligence and job satisfaction, spiritual Intelligence and organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment is meaningful. Moreover, there is a multiple relation between spiritual Intelligence with job satisfaction and spiritual Intelligence with organizational commitment; therefore, spiritual Intelligence may predicts 27% and 23% of job satisfaction and organizational commitment variances.

The purpose of this study was the path analysis of psychological capital and job satisfaction of physical education and nonphysical education Teachers in Amara province of IRAQ. The research method is descriptive and type of survey. The statistical population was including of all physical education and nonphysical education teachers in Amareh Province in Iraq (199 people). The statistical population was including all physical education teachers and nonphysical education teachers were selected using Morgan table (384 people). The aim of the present study, Developing The ethical workbook of Physical education authorities of university of payamenoor.Statistical research society of physical education, all the authorities of the provinces, as well as the directors of the Department of physical education-payame Noor University have established that country statistical sample is equal to the number of population and 35 people.29 questions questionnaire measured tool researcher with factor 5, accountability, justice, honesty, professional attitude and respect was.
