The purpose of this research was to define sports culture and its components in Iran.The technique chosen to create this definition was qualitative, using the Delphi method. The research population included sport management experts and sociologists, athletes, sport managers, coaches, people who were familiar with the cultural atmosphere in sports, and active Protagonists in sports(N=111) who participated in the four rounds of the Delphi method selected and used in this research, with considerable decrease in numbers with each round.The results led to this definition for sports culture: “sports culture means a combination of expecting beliefs and assumptions in sports; behaving in ways in accord with favored social values and norms, including respectful behaviors, observing ethics, and the glorification of other nations’ cultures; creating sport participation habits through managing resources in order to make circumstances and equipment for sport activities more readily available to those who wish to participate in sports; and presenting the artistic and aesthetic aspects of sports as tangible cultural artifacts in society”.This definition was similar to famous cultural models and frames, with some exceptions in terms of emphasizing Islamic/Iranian values and the addition of concerns for resource management as an important component in the definition.

The purpose of this study was the mediator role of strategic thinking in relationship between leadership styles and organizational culture in sports and youth offices of kurdistan province. The research method is descriptive and type of survey. the statistical population was included all of managers, secrotary, experts of sports and youth offices and vice-president of sportsassociation in Kurdistan(250 people). the statistical sample was equal to population by total-calculated sampling. We used to Standard questionnaires leadership styles of Bass and Olive (1985), strategic thinking of Lidka (1998) and organizational culture of Hafested (2001). Validity was approved from viewpoint of sport management specialist (10 people) and its reliability also with Cronbach's alpha respectively, 0/95. 94/0 and 0/83 was approved. For data analyze, we utilize to PLS in two parts measurement model and structural model. Results showed that There is a significant and direct effect of laissez-faire leadership style on organizational culture. Also There is a significant and direct effect of transformational leadership style on strategic thinking and laissez-faire leadership style on strategic thinking. There is a significant and direct effect of strategic thinking on organizational culture. There is a significant and indirect effect of laissez-faire and transformational leadership styles on organizational culture with strategic thinking as a mediator. it's concluding that authorities utilize strategic thinking in order to Transition and Control for Impressment culture in Own organization.

The purpose of this research is, compare cultural attitudes athletes Iran and Turkey. A sample for random cluster sampling is chosen. To measure perceived cultural management in the relationships between them through the four dimensions Hofstede cultural and Hofstede's attitude, was used. Cronbach's alpha of the study was 86%, which represents credit is sufficient. Hypotheses using the chi-square test and Spearman correlation coefficient significant level ρ≤ 0.05, were analyzed. The results show was, firstly: the between Iranian and Turkish athletes, the dimensions of the cultural landscape (democracy versus femininity - individualism versus collectivism - uncertainty avoidance and power distance), which is statistically determined, showed significant differences between the four dimensions of is culture. Secondly: in between Iranian athletes and Turkey, there is significant differences in the attitudes of male-dominated culture-woman domination. Also, Iranian athletes they more inclined to in male-dominated. On the other hand, between Iranian athletes and Turkey, there are significant differences, in cultural attitudes toward individualism-collectivism. The aim of this present study is to the effective factors on the emergence of office corruption and methods of its control in the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The method of this research is Descriptive-Survey. Statistical population of this study includes personnel of the Ministry of Youth and Sports which are 900 persons based on this ministry’s reports. According to the Morgan Sampling Table, 269 subjects were chosen randomly as the statistical sample. But, 320 questionnaires were distributed and collected to prevent statistical sample drop. Researcher’s questionnaire was used in this research. The validity of this questionnaire was evaluated by content and structure validity and its reliability was investigated by reliability coefficient of Cronbakh’s Alpha. To analyze data, descriptive and inferential statistics (Exploratory factor analysis and Friedman test) were used. The results showed that organizational factors with the greatest amount of 88/5 and 40/2 of awareness with the least impact on the incidence of corruption is Audrey. The results show that the control of corruption Which factors most impact the effectiveness of legislation with the amount of 3/63 And management factors - with a 1/42 administrative control of corruption have the least impact on the methods. So according to the effective factors on the emergence of office corruption and methods of its control in the Ministry of Youth and Sports, discussions related to this research are suggested to be considered by the officials.

The purpose of this research was to The effect of organizational culture on organizational structure of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This is a describtive-analytical research. Population consisted of all personnels employee in ministry of sport and youth affairs. A random sample of 250 personnel selected. Data gather using for questionnaire organizational structure of robbins(1987) and organizational culture (2000) Denison. The Validity was approved by 7 professional sport management professors and the reliability by choronbachs alpha coefficient(0/81 and 0/80). structural equation modeling analysis of effects of smart-pls were used to analyze the data. The results showed that between organizational culture and organizational structure, there is a direct and significant relationship(t=1/92, P>0/05). The results showed that the people of the Youth and Sports Ministry have more organizational culture, organizational structure will be stronger. corporate culture is one of the most important factors that could in the circumstances to further enhance the level of organizational structure and success of the organization.

The purpose of this research was to analyze of the factors affecting on the managers’ organizational behavior to establish a monitoring and evaluation system of marketing management at the sport federations. The statistical population of this study included all of the managers of sport federations (N=650). On the basis of Morgan table, 242 persons were randomly selected of research samples. To achieve the research goals, made researcher questionnaire with 32 questions was used. The validity of questionnaire was confirmed by 20 experts and its structural validity was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. Its reliability was studied in a pilot study with 30 subjects and calculated as 0.83. For data analysis the descriptive statistics and the inferential statistics methods, including Freidman, exploratory and confirmed factor analysis by application of AMOS software and SPSS software were used. The research findings showed that there are 6 factors such as cognitive, status of sports, governmental support, legal, and management that effect on the managers’ organizational behavior to establish a monitoring and evaluation system of marketing management at the sport federations.

The porpuse of the present study was to investigating the role of satisfaction on the relation between service quality with sport commitment of women athlets. The research method was descriptive and Coefficient. The population of research was all of the costumer of body building clubs in Kerman proviance. the population size was 2000 people and by using the Morgan chart the sample size obtained 322 people. the standard questioner of service quality (with satisfaction factors) of bahlakeh(1384) and sport commitment questioner of Scanlon et. al (1993) were used. The content an structural validity of the questioners in the bahlakeh research(1384) and fathi(1390) research was approved. for data analyzing descriptive statistical and Inferential Statistics such as Structural Equation Modeling were used. Result shoed Service quality have direct and significant effect on sport commitment of costumer of Kerman province clubs(T=4/75). service quality have indirect effect by satisfaction on sport commitment(T=9/94). Based on the findings, the quality of service and satisfaction are two important factors in sports commitment in body building and Aerobic clubs..

The purpose of this study was to investigate The relationship between Organizational Learning Culture, Motivation to Learn, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Internal Service Quality in Employees of Physical Education and Sport Science Faculties. For this purpose Xie, Di (2005) questionnaire have used. Reliability of the questionnaire after a pilot study (with 30 person) amd using Cronbach's alpha test (α =0/87) respectively. Statistical population desired to study all the Physical Education College staff of Azad University from district 8 that of have formed and sample population is equal (N=n=55). Descriptive and inferential statistics (person and regression) methods for data analysis were used. Findings showed, between motivation to learn (p< 0/02, r =0/324) and job satisfaction (p< 0/01, r =0/56) and internal service quality was positive and significant correlation (p< 0/05) exist. Also 31% of the variability is the internal service quality by independent variables explain. Note that the use of variables in research to improve the internal service quality of employees, and provide components through the strategic application of human resource managers and leaders of organizations will not be possible.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship between Job Satisfaction and organizational justice with Procrastination among sport corps Staff of Hamedan city. The method applied in this research was descriptive-correlation. A sample of 162 employees was randomly selected. The data collected from questionnaires procrastination of Tuchman (1991), Job Satisfaction of Berifildoross (1951) and organizational justice of Neyhof and Mormen (1993). Face and content validity of the questionnaires were examined and approved by experts. Collected data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and stepwise regression coefficient. The result of research showed that no significant correlation exists between Job Satisfaction and Procrastination and interactional justice with Procrastination. The results showed that there was significant negative correlation between procrastination with organizational justice, distributive justice, procedural Justice. The results of the stepwise regression showed that previse distributive justice, procedural Justice of the procrastination 17%. Directors can by use of Suitable dispensation and apply Just Procedure in Organization, increase distributive justice and procedural justice scale and in this way decrease staff Procrastination scale in Organization.

Objective of this study was designing of organizational citizenship behavior prediction model for physical educators from job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational justice. The survey was conducted by Applied Research. The population included all physical educators who were working in city Tehran in the 1394-1395 academic years. The total number (1500 teachers) was selected as statistical society. the finally (320number)were selected sample Standardized questionnaires consist of the organizational justice developed by Niehoff and Moorman (1993), organizational commitment developed by Allen and Meyer (1991), job satisfaction Minnesota (1997) and OCB developed by Padsakof et al (2000) were used to collect information. Pearson correlation, multiple regression and structural equation modeling technique were used. Data were analysis by software LISREL8, SPSS19 with a 95% confidence. Results showed significant relationships between job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational justice with organizational citizenship behavior. Internal and external Job satisfaction, affective commitment and interactional justice were the best predictors for organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, path analysis indicated that job satisfaction directly related to organizational citizenship behavior, but organizational commitment and organizational justice indirectly by influencing on job satisfaction influenced on organizational citizenship behavior.
