Abstract

This study aimed at investigating the mediated role of cultural intelligence and communication skills related to communicative management to the customer. The population was all organization managers and sport centers in Khorasan Jonubi province(180 cases) In the year 1394 which 123 participants were selected based on a combination of random sampling using Morgan table. The research method was descriptive-analytic. The data collection method was a field study and measurement tools were three cultural intelligence questionnaires such as "William H. model. Pradesh "and questionnaires of Barton communication skills. Wood (1990) and Mohsenian customer communicative management (1392) which their validity was confirmed by 10 to 30 of sport management professors and Ferdoosi university of Mashhad. The reliability was determined through Cronbakh Alpha which was respectively 94/.,.و91,/85..The normality and appropriate inferential statistics test were used such as confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation analysis Using LISREL software and in some data spss software were used. Results of analytical results indicated that communication skills through cultural intelligence had a positive and significant impact on customer relationship management
