According to new and extensive scientific studies in the field of sports and the importance of knowledge management of these achievements in the policies of sports managers for the optimal and effective training of athletes in order to achieve higher performance and prevent injuries of athletes, this article using the method of structural equations , has investigated the effect of knowledge management components in wrestling federation managers on the effective training of athletes. This research is descriptive-survey in terms of practical purpose and data collection method. The statistical population of the research was wrestling athletes in 1401, and 50 people were selected as the sample size using Morgan's formula and simple random sampling. The data collection tool included Newman and Konrad's (2000) 21-item knowledge management questionnaire, 32-item auxiliary training questionnaire (2016) and 28-item Parsons effectiveness questionnaire. The content validity of the questionnaire has been confirmed by a group of experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of more than 0.7. The results of the research using structural equations of PLS software show that the component of knowledge creation in the managers of the wrestling federation with a number of 43.8522 has the highest weight of the factor loads and the component of knowledge transfer with 21.7366 has the lowest weight. Meanwhile, the knowledge application component with 30.154 and the knowledge preservation component with 26.6228 are respectively placed after the knowledge creation component. Also, the four components of the knowledge management network model of sports managers have a positive and meaningful relationship with the effectiveness of training athletes.

The development of entrepreneurship in sports federations can lead to the creation of sustainable revenue streams, increased innovation, and improved competitiveness in sports markets. Additionally, entrepreneurship attracts talent, enhances service quality, and strengthens international connections in this field, ultimately contributing to the growth and sustainability of the federation. This research is applied in nature and quantitative in method. The statistical population of this study includes experts and specialists with sufficient experience and knowledge in sports management, sports entrepreneurship, and sports policy-making. These individuals include managers of sports federations (president, secretary, vice president, board members, committee heads), university professors, and researchers in the field of sports entrepreneurship. A purposive sampling method was used to select the sample. The number of samples was determined based on information saturation, and 18 individuals were chosen as the research sample. Initially, through a review of the literature and study of credible sources, key indicators and factors related to entrepreneurship in sports federations were identified. These indicators were then presented to the experts in a semi-structured questionnaire to gather their opinions on the importance and priority of these indicators. Subsequently, a questionnaire aimed at determining the relationships between the identified factors was designed and presented to the experts. In this questionnaire, the experts evaluated and determined the extent of influence and dependence of each factor on the others. The results of this stage were used as the primary data for interpretive structural modeling. The MICMAC software was used to analyze the collected data. Based on the results, economic and financial factors, infrastructural and technological factors, cultural and social factors, environmental and legal factors, and managerial and organizational factors play a role in establishing an entrepreneurial sports federation..

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship The purpose of this study was to design an organizational inertia model in the country's sports federations. The statistical population was all employees of sports federations (N = 1852) . In the qualitative part, purposive sampling method and snowball sampling technique were used and in the quantitative part, based on Morgan table, 350 people were selected as a sample by simple random sampling method. In order to study the objectives of the research, semi-structured interviews were used in the qualitative part and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire of organizational inertia obtained from the qualitative part was used. In the opinion of sports management professors and experts to confirm the face validity and structural equations and reliability of the questionnaire was performed experimentally on 30 members of the research community and the calculation of Cronbach's alpha coefficient was confirmed. SPSS and Amos version 23 statistical packages were used to analyze the data. The results showed that organizational inertia in sports federations of the country consists of 7 dimensions, 18 components and 55 items and there is a significant difference between the observed and hypothetical means of organizational inertia (t = 11.99), dimensions of organizational inertia and There are components of organizational inertia other than the component of mental models (P <0.01). Finally, the findings showed that the obtained model of organizational inertia has a good fit..

The purpose of this study was to design a communication model for the legal environment, managerial information systems and the efficiency of sports federations of the country. The present study was a descriptive-correlation type of regression. The statistical population of the study consisted of heads of sports federations, sport federations, sports management professors of the universities of the country and Ph.D. students of sport management. The number of them included 178 people. Based on random method and using Morgan table, 160 people The title of the research was determined. The instruments for collecting this research were Hersati and Goldsmith's Human Resources Productivity Questionnaire (1981), Niknejad's Legal Environment Questionnaire (1394), and the Managers Intelligence Intelligence Questionnaire (2009). Validity and reliability of these questionnaires were investigated using common methods. In order to test the hypothesesstructural equation method (Smart PLS software) was used. The results of this study showed that the path coefficient for legal environment on management information systems is 0.547. The results also revealed that the path coefficient for the legal environment on human resource productivity is 0.197. The results of this study showed that the path coefficient for managerial information systems on human resource productivity is 0.758.
