The aim of this study was to providing a communicational model of the radical innovation in private clubs of football premier league through sharing and diversity of knowledge capability with investigating the mediating role of organizational learning. The statistical population of this study included all the executive staff of the private clubs of the national football league in the 97-98 season. The number of samples in this research was determined using a purposeful sampling method and a full-scale sampling (population equal to the sample) and 242 individuals were sampled. To collect the data, radical innovation from Troilo et al. (2014), sharing and diversity of knowledge capability from Shadur and Snell (2002) and organizational learning from Maes & Sels (2013) questionnaires were used. The results showed that knowledge sharing and knowledge diversity capabilities in football clubs could directly promote radical innovation. In addition, learning also has a direct impact on radical innovation. Also, Organizational learning has a mediator effect on the relationship between knowledge sharing and knowledge diversity capabilities with radical innovation. As a result, football clubs should pay special attention to the diversity and sharing of knowledge to learn and then develop radical innovation at the club.

The purpose of this study was to the effect of The Effect of Intellectual Capital is Productivity with an Emphasis on Knowledge Sharing in the Experts of Sports and Youth Departments of Khorasan Razavi Province. The research method is descriptive-correlative and applied and Population of study was all experts of Sports and Youth Departments of Khorasan Razavi Province are 165 of us Due to the limitation of Population, all patients were evaluated In order to collect data, three questionnaires of intellectual capital Bontis( 1998), productivity Hersey and Goldsmith( 1980) and Knowledge Sharing Hesselt (2003), was used. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling and path analysis were used by the PLS SPSS and LISREL software’s. Also, based on the suggested model can be said that,Intellectual capital with a coefficient of 0.89 has a significant effect on knowledge sharing and with a coefficient of 0.58, has a positive and significant effect on productivity. Knowledge sharing with the beta coefficient of 0.43 has a positive and moderate effect on productivity. The result is that the variable of knowledge sharing will mediate the variable of intellectual capital and productivity in a positive and relative is Mediates.

The research method was The research method is descriptive-survey based on structural equation modeling correlation. The population of all employees of the Ministry of Sport and Youth (n =750), That according to Krejcie & Morgan table 260 people were selected by random sampling method. In this study, three standard questionnaires Including talent management Phillips and Roper (2009), innovation questionnaire Chupani (1390) and knowledge sharing questionnaire Dixon (2001) was used. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 8 number of sports management professors and reliability through Cronbach's alpha test In an early example of 30 number respectively equal to 0.81, 0.94 and 0.79 were reported. Descriptive and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Pearson correlation and structural equation modeling( whit AMOS22 and SPSS20 software was used. Results showed Talent management have direct and significant impact on both variables knowledge sharing with impact factor and innovation with impact factor.رalso Talent Management through knowledge sharing showed significant influence on innovation. The model had an acceptable fitting for purpose based on GFI, AGFI, RMSEA, and CFI indices.
