The aim of this study was to analysis individual and organizational factors affecting the sports lawsuits. The population of this study, 72 cases related to sports activities recorded in the centers and the courts of Tehran that according to the limited number of registered cases on the census sampling method was used. The research method was applied and the descriptive-analytical. Questionnaire and Semi-structured interviews with experts in the sports official, professors and judges with expertise in this type of cases, was used to implement the research. Face and content validity of instruments by professors and experts in the subject of official (Sports Affairs) was approved. The reliability rate of inconsistency through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), less than 0.1 was determined that was acceptable. In order to analyze the data and Prioritization factors identified, the software expert choice was used. The results showed that the human factor with the greatest weight (0.688) in the first place, and Organizational factors weighing (0.233) secondary effects to create lawsuits are related to sports activities. In addition, the study showed physical factors (buildings and equipment) weighing (0.079) in this study is the third priority.

The aim of this study was the study of status to engage in leisure sports patterns in recreationaltime of family, and were analyzed consumption patterns based on income, number of members,inside and outside of the city and participatory and non-participatory style. The research methodwas descriptive – qualitative.The statistical population were families or citizens of Rasht, thatwere engaged in family sports recreation inside and outside the city. The statistical samplebecause of the research field and aim were selected available to the targeted includes 100families. The research instrument was interview based on open designed questions and then thereceived information adjusted in the check list. To analyze the data descriptive statistics wereused adjusted. The results showed that the average family leisure time sports is 37/33 hours permonth families with a medium of (4 or 5) and the of income level 3-5 million have the largestsports recreation. Sports leisure families are more form non-participatory style (86/19). Patternsof volleyball and mountaineering between other patterns were the largest family time. Recreationwithin the city was higher than the suburban. Approximatly with the increasing number of familymembers and income levels recreation within the city reducted and suburban recreationincreased and vice versa. It looks attractive sports recreation patterns group nature of their doing,Income level and the number of family member, families of the same social class find eachotherfacilities are the main factors determining time of the families is to engage in sports leisure
