The organizational integrity and cohesion provide a variety of benefits for the organization and its members, including the establishment of ethical norms, sustainable competitive advantage, commitment, unity and loyalty, honesty, etc. The aim of this research was to study the effect of organizational structure on the integration in the Ministry of Sport and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran. It was a descriptive-analytic research and in terms of the data-collection it was a field study. The statistical population included senior managers and key decision makers of the Ministry of Sport and Youth. The research tools were Robbins' (1991) organizational structure questionnaire and the researcher-made questionnaire of integration. The validity of these questionnaires was verified by 10 sport management specialists and their reliability was computed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.70 and 0.80, respectively. Modeling the relationship between variables was performed by structural equation model using smart-pls software. The results showed' that the relationship between organizational structure and integration is direct and significant (t = 5.44; P <0.05). In general, the results showed that the flexibility and empathy in the organic structure strengthens the integration in the Ministry of Sport and Youth.

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between intra-organizational factors (culture, technology and structure) with psychological empowerment of physical education professors of Zanjan university. The research method was descriptive correlational and the statistical population consisted of physical education professors with more than three years of teaching experience at universities in Zanjan (N= 61). The sample size was considered to be equal to population. The research tools included demographic questionnaire, organizational culture, technology, organizational structure and psychological empowerment. Content validity of questionnaires was verified by seven professors and convergent and divergent validity and combined reliability was verified by PLS software. There was a significant correlation between organizational culture and psychological empowerment (t-value= 4.393; path coefficient= 0.242), technology and psychological empowerment (t-value= 6.149; path coefficient= 0.433), organizational structure and psychological empowerment (t-value= 5.598; path coefficient= 0.389), organizational culture and organizational structure (t-value= 6.273; path coefficient= 0.505) and technology and organizational structure (t-value= 5.804; path coefficient= 0.485). The general goodness of fit index of GOF model was 0.673 and was at high level. Universities can increase the psychological empowerment of instructors by developing an existing organizational culture, providing infrastructure and technological processes and enhancing the level of organizational structure.

This study examined the role of organizational structure in the use of participatory management in between the workers of sport and youth organization of Hormozgan. The purpose of applied research and the method of cross correlation. Statics society definded equal of Statics sample to 97 numbers. After distribution of questionnaires. For collecting research data, we used Robin's organizational structure standardized questionnaire (1987) and participative management questionnaire derived from Nazari kemishani (1384). The questionnaires were validity by ten teachers elite sport management were approve and reliability by Cronbach's alpha (0.90) and (0.87). The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson Order correlation and multiple regression and structural equation with Lisrel and spss 21 software. The data analysis showed that the organizational structure (Complexity, formality and concentration) a significant inverse relationship between the level (P ≥0 / 01) there. Effect of participative management complexity 50 percent and reverse (absolute value of a significant number 3/33), Recognize the collaborative management and reverse the effects of the 55%. (Absolute value of a significant number 2/37) and Effect of participative management concentration 89 percent and reverse (absolute value of a significant number 5/14) is. Also the three dimensions of organizational structure by 63 percent Participatory management, explain. So we can say the organizational structure is an important factor in collaborative management and the importance of participatory management the staffs of sport and youth organization of Hormozgan should be considered.

The purpose of this research was to The effect of organizational culture on organizational structure of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This is a describtive-analytical research. Population consisted of all personnels employee in ministry of sport and youth affairs. A random sample of 250 personnel selected. Data gather using for questionnaire organizational structure of robbins(1987) and organizational culture (2000) Denison. The Validity was approved by 7 professional sport management professors and the reliability by choronbachs alpha coefficient(0/81 and 0/80). structural equation modeling analysis of effects of smart-pls were used to analyze the data. The results showed that between organizational culture and organizational structure, there is a direct and significant relationship(t=1/92, P>0/05). The results showed that the people of the Youth and Sports Ministry have more organizational culture, organizational structure will be stronger. corporate culture is one of the most important factors that could in the circumstances to further enhance the level of organizational structure and success of the organization.

The aim of this research was to investigate Knowledge Management is one of the most interesting and challenging management sciences in the new millennium. The purpose of this study was priority rating and review influencing factors of knowledge management relationships at the Ministry of Youth and Sports. This study could be considered as the purpose, functional and data collection, descriptive - survey. Study population was all employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports (745 people). Sample size was calculated based on Morgan (254 people). The data collection instrument was a questionnaire that Enayati had used it in her research. For data analysis at level of inferential statistics test, one sample T test, Pearson correlation, AHP was used by the SPSS (V.20) and Expert choice (V.11) software. The results suggest that the factors influencing knowledge management, including information technology, organizational culture and organizational structure on knowledge management has a significant role and influence of strategies as an influencing knowledge management, is not meaningful. Among the four variables, organizational culture is the most important factor influencing knowledge management and knowledge management strategies are the least important.
