The aim of the present study, Relationship between the cultural intelligence of personnel the General Directorate of Youth and Sport with the ability to solve conflict is the province. The population of the investigation, including all the personnel the General Directorate of Youth and Sport of Fars province is number 143 and the sample is proportional to the population size and the total number is considered. The instruments used in research, cultural intelligence standard questionnaire William and the Prado and questionnaire resolve conflict Vicks the reliability of their 0/84 and 0/81 has been reported. To analyze data, descriptive and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Pearson correlation, multiple regressions) were used. The results, and a significant positive relationship between cultural intelligence and its components showed the ability of to resolve the conflict. Also, multiple regression analysis showed that cultural intelligence can predict and explain the changes to resolve the conflict is 0/471. Because of cultural intelligence is an important factor in to resolve the conflict. So it is essential to improve the performance of high-level managers, considered the cultural intelligence and continuing education administrators in the field of to resolve the conflict, conflict pave the way for understanding and treatment is timely and accurate.

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and efficiency of in-service training of physical education teachers. The study population was all 180 physical education teachers in Qazvin. According to Morgan table, 118 individuals were selected randomly as the sample. To achieve the research objectives of job training and job satisfaction questionnaire of Smith, Kendall and Hulin was used. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics including Kolmogorov - Smirnov, Student's t-test, independent t-test and linear regression models with SPSS software was used. The results showed that the quality of in-service educational courses and job satisfaction of physical education teachers at the intermediate level is desirable (P>0.05). The efficiency of in-service training there is a significant relationship with job satisfaction and quality of physical education teachers in-service training periods of physical education teachers have the ability to predict job satisfaction (P>0.05). Also, the efficiency of the service and the satisfaction of physical education teachers there is no significant difference. So choosing the right kind of in-service courses for teachers can have many advantages such as job satisfaction.
