Abstract

Today, organizations would be successful and could survive in the competitive world that constantly apply new ideas in the organization. The purpose of this study is to explore and develop individual characteristics affecting the development of Fars Province Physical Education Staff’s creativity based on path analysis model. Research method was Descriptive and correlational. The social research is all the physical education staff of Fars Province (N=430). In which 300 Persons have been selected through a multi-stage sampling method (cluster, stratified random). The data analysed through path analysis (with software LISREL 8.50) and a good indicator of the value of the test. The results showed that three factors of individual characteristics and significant indirect effect on creativity of staff (Pimpact on employee creativity was  confirmed (Pvariables (positive affect, self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation and personal characteristics) as well as the most direct effect on intrinsic motivation and creativity of employees of the variable is 23/0. Regarding to individual characteristics can help managers to identify and implement creative staff.
