Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between cultural intelligent information technology and its impacts on staff of the Office of Youth and Sports Kermanshah province The research was descriptive - correlation. The samples include all employees of the General Directorate of Youth and Sports Kermanshah province, which all of them were selected as sample. Instruments used in this research, cultural intelligence questionnaire Ang et al (2003) questionnaire Pornasroalah Information Technology (1394) the reliability of the research is to Alpha 91/87 / Reported To analyze the data descriptive statistics and analytical methods ( Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation, multiple regression) were used. The findings showed that, between information technology with its dimensions of cultural intelligence (meta-cognitive, motivational, cognitive, behavioral) communication is predicted. Regression analysis shows that IT significantly predictive ability dimensions of cultural intelligence in Kermanshah province has the staff department of sport and youth. Based on the findings between IT and dimensions of cultural intelligence that there is a cultural intelligence employees through IT knowledge is predictable
