تدوین چهارچوب مفهومی سرمایه فرهنگی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان جمهوری اسلامی ایران

چکیده

هدف این تحقیق تدوین چهارچوب مفهومی سرمایه فرهنگی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان بود. این پژوهش از روش تحقیق آمیخته کمی ـ کیفی به روش اکتشافی متوالی انجام شد. نمونه بخش کیفی 14 نفر از اساتید گروه مدیریت ورزشی دانشگاه و مدیران اجرایی وزارت ورزش و جوانان بودند که به روش گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند، مصاحبه‌ها تا رسیدن به حد اشباع نظری ادامه پیدا کرد. در بخش کمی نمونه آماری شامل 378 نفر از مدیران، مسئولان و کارشناسان وزارت ورزش و جوانان بوده‌اند. پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل 76 سوال که روایی محتوایی آن از طریق نظر خواهی از چند تن از اساتید دانشگاه تایید شد و پایایی آن از طریق آزمون آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه و تایید شد. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. با توجه به نتایج مدلی با 7 بعد مشتمل بر 76 گویه طراحی شد که با توجه به بار عاملی به ترتیب اولویت، شامل ابزارهای معنویت (973/0)، تغییرات مثبت زندگی (969/0)، ارزشمندی زندگی (962/0)، تعامل با دیگران (962/0)، هویت‌یابی (948)، مدیریت بدن،(896/0) و سرمایه اجتماعی (883/0) بودند. نتایج این پژوهش و عوامل شناسایی شده، نشان‌دهنده یک مدل جامع و فراگیر است که به عنوان چهارچوبی جامع در وزارت ورزش و جوانان قابلیت کاربرد دارد و استفاده از آن می‌تواند باعث شناسایی نقاط قوت کارکنان و توانمندسازی و بهبود عملکرد آنان و در نتیجه باعث افزایش بهرهوری سازمان شود.
