چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر اعتباریابی عوامل موثر بر وضعیت سرمایه اجتماعی ورزش ایران( مطالعه موردی نخبگان ورزشی) بود. روش تحقیق با توجه به هدف تحقیق آمیخته یا به عبارتی ترکیبی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مدیران و مسئولین باشگاه‌های ورزشی و ورزشکاران و دانشجویان رشته تربیت بدنی بودند. برای تعیین حجم نمونه در مرحله کمی از نرم‌افزار SPSS Sample Power استفاده شد. با استفاده از این روش حجم نمونه برابر با 370 نفر برآورد گردید، که 370 پرسشنامه در بین جامعه آماری پخش و جمع آوری گردید برای گردآوری داه ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. سؤالات این بخش براساس الگوی برآمده از مرحله کیفی پژوهش بدست آمد. نوع امتیاز‌دهی به این پرسشنامه براساس طیف 5 ارزشی لیکرت بود. روایی پرسشنامه طراحی شده مورد تایید 10 نفر از اساتید حوزه مدیریت ورزشی قرار گرفت. همچنین پرسشنامه از 5 مولفه اصلی عوامل علی، عوامل زمینه ای، عوامل مداخله گر، راهبردها و پیامده تشکیل شده بود. همچنین جهت اعتباریابی الگوی مطلوب مدل مورد نظر از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری رویکرد تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده می‌شود. به این منظور از نرم‌افزار AMOS بهره گرفته شد. نتایج بدست آمده بیانگر تایید گویه‌ها و عوامل در آزمون های تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مرتبه اول و دوم بودبه این معنی بارهای عاملی گویه ها و عوامل بالاتر از 4/0 بودند.
