چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف دستیابی به چارچوب اخلاق تجاری مدیران سازمان-های ورزشی در ایران با رویکرد کلارک و براون (2013)، انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی اکتشافی و به روش تحلیل مضمون و با استفاده از کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی، انجام شد. ابزار اصلی گرداوری اطلاعات، مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته بود که اشباع نظری یافته‌ها در هجدهمین مصاحبه حاصل شد. جامعه اماری این پژوهش، شامل مدیران ارشد ادارات ورزش و جوانان کشور (8نفر)، تعدادی از مدیران عامل باشگاه-های ورزشی (8 نفر) و اساتید خبره ورزشی (4 نفر) بودند که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. به منظور سنجش کفایت فرایند تحقیق از معیارهای تایید پذیری، انتقال پذیری، اعتمادپذیری و راستی، استفاده شد. نتیجة تحلیل داده‌های کیفی، شناسایی119 کد مفهومی، 32 مضمون پایه و12 مضمون سازمان دهنده شامل پایبندی به رفتارهای اخلاقی– رقابتی بازار، اتخاذ رفتارهای اخلاقی مالی، حرفه‌ای‌گرایی اخلاق محور، آگاهی و اشراف سازمانی، بصیرت و توانایی مدیریتی رهبری‌گونه، مساله‌محوری و واقع‌گرایی در برخورد با مسائل سازمانی، ثبات شخصیتی-رفتاری، نگاه اخلاقی در تعاملات سازمانی، روحیه فسادزایی و استقرار عدالت و انصاف سازمانی، الزامات مدیریت اخلاق محور، الزامات آموزشی مبتنی بر اخلاق، اخلاق مداری در درآمدهای سازمانی بود.
