بررسی ویژگی های فردی موثر بر ایجاد و توسعه خلاقیت کارکنان اداره کل تربیت بدنی استان فارس (ارائه الگوی تحلیل مسیر)

چکیده

امروزه سازمان‌های موفق هستند و می‌توانند در دنیای پررقابت ادامه حیات بدهند که دائم افکار و اندیشه‌های جدید را در سازمان کاربردی سازند. در این مطالعه تلاش شده است که عوامل مؤثر بر خلاقیت کارکنان اداره کل تربیت‌بدنی استان فارس مورد بررسی قرارگرفته و تأثیر آن از طریق خلق مثبت، خودکارآمدی و انگیزش درونی بر فرایند ایجاد و بروز خلاقیت مورد برسی قرار دهیم. داده‌های لازم از طریق پرسشنامه‌ای ترکیبی که توسط یک نمونه 300 نفری تکمیل شده است، جمع‌آوری گردید. افراد نمونه از طریق یک روش چندمرحله‌ای نمونه‌گیری (خوشه‌ای، طبقه‌ای و تصادفی) انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها به کمک روش آماری تحلیل مسیر (به‌وسیله نرم‌افزار لیزرل8.50) و شاخص‌های نیکویی بر ارزش تحلیل شدند. نتایج مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که سه عامل ویژگی‌های فردی اثر غیرمستقیم و معناداری بر خلاقیت کارکنان دارند؛ و به‌وسیله تأثیر بر خلق مثبت، انگیزش درونی و خودکارآمدی بر خلاقیت اثر می‌گذارند. همچنین تأثیر مستقیم ویژگی‌های فردی بر خلاقیت کارکنان مورد تائید قرار گرفت. نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان می‌دهد از میان متغیرهای (خلق مثبت، خودکارآمدی، انگیزش درونی و ویژگی‌های فردی) نیز بیشترین اثر مستقیم بر خلاقیت کارکنان مربوط به متغیر انگیزش درونی و برابر با 23/0 می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

Today, organizations would be successful and could survive in the competitive world that constantly apply new ideas in the organization. The purpose of this study is to explore and develop individual characteristics affecting the development of Fars Province Physical Education Staff’s creativity based on path analysis model. Research method was Descriptive and correlational. The social research is all the physical education staff of Fars Province (N=430). In which 300 Persons have been selected through a multi-stage sampling method (cluster, stratified random). The data analysed through path analysis (with software LISREL 8.50) and a good indicator of the value of the test. The results showed that three factors of individual characteristics and significant indirect effect on creativity of staff (Pimpact on employee creativity was  confirmed (Pvariables (positive affect, self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation and personal characteristics) as well as the most direct effect on intrinsic motivation and creativity of employees of the variable is 23/0. Regarding to individual characteristics can help managers to identify and implement creative staff.
