چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه میان مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری و رفتار مدنی با هویت سازمانی در میان مربیان ورزش شهرستان گرمسار شکل گرفت. طرح پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل مربیان و کارشناسان ورزشی شهرستان گرمسار بود که تعداد 300 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شده و مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای پژوهش نیز شامل؛ پرسشنامه هویت سازمانی چنی (1983)، پرسشنامه مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری میکاییلی‌چنک و لندستروم (2006) و پرسشنامه رفتار مدنی سازمانی لی و آلن (2002) بودند. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد، میان مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری مدیران و رفتار مدنی با هویت سازمانی رابطه همبستگی معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین امکان پیش‌بینی هویت سازمانی از طریق رفتار مدنی (12/1 = b ، 05/0 ≥ α) و مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری (35/0 = b ، 05/0 ≥ α) وجود دارد. در عین حال، میان مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری مدیران و رفتار مدنی سازمانی با خرده مقیاس‌های عضویت، وفاداری و شباهت رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. از این‌رو با افزایش مشارکت کارکنان در
تصمیم‌گیری‌های مدیران و ارتقا رفتارهای سازمانی در آنان می‌توان احساس هویت سازمانی را در آنان ارتقا داد.
