چکیده

هدف از مطالعه حاضر تدوین مدل ارتباطی توسعه‌سازمانی بر اساس هوش سازمانی در فدراسیونهای جمهوری اسلامی ایران بود. به وسیله استفاده از روش همبستگی به شیوة مدل معادلات ساختاری در جامعۀ آماری کارکنان فدراسیونهای کشور، تعداد 372 نفر به روش نمونه-گیری تصادفی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامۀ هوش سازمانی آلبرخت (2002) و توسعه‌سازمانی لاک و کرافورد (2000) با روایی و پایایی مناسب پاسخ دادند. بر اساس دادهها، ابتدا پارامترهای مدل به روش بیشینه درستنمایی برآورد شد. سپس مدل ساختاری توسعه‌سازمانی بر اساس هوش سازمانی به‌وسیلۀ انجام شاخصهای برازش، آزمون شد. دادهها به‌وسیله نرمافزار SPSS24 و LISREL8.5 تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد بین تمام مؤلفه‌های هوش سازمانی با مؤلفه‌های توسعه‌سازمانی رابطه مستقیم و معناداری وجود دارد، نتایج شاخصهای برازش مدل ساختاری مورد تایید میباشند. نتایج نشان داد که هوش سازمانی توانسته اثر معناداری بر توسعه‌سازمانی فدراسیونهای ورزشی داشته باشد. با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از پژوهش حاضر میتوان به سیاستگذاران فدراسیونهای ورزشی متذکر شد که توجه به هوش‌سازمانی باعث افزایش توسعه‌سازمانی فدراسیونهای ورزشی خواهد شد.
