چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه و بررسی تاثیر معنویت سازمانی بر بهبود عملکرد شغلی با نقش میانجی رهبری اخلاق مدار در میان کارکنان اداره ورزش و جوانان استان ایلام انجام پذیرفته است. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش کارکنان اداره ورزش و جوانان استان ایلام که تعداد آن‌ها 302 نفر است و حجم نمونه با توجه به جدول مورگان 168 نفر بدست آمده است و این تعداد پرسشنامه مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است.ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه استاندارد معنویت سازمانی میلیمان و همکاران (2003)؛ عملکرد شغلی گودمن و سویانتک ( 1999) و رهبری اخلاق مدار دی هاق و دن هارتوگ (2008)استفاده شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها، از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی است. مدل مورد مطالعه با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار لیزرل مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که معنویت سازمانی تاثیر مثبت معناداری بر عملکرد شغلی دارد، این در حالی است که رهبری اخلاق مدار در رابطه فوق نقش میانجی دارد.
