چکیده

 هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگوی عوامل مؤثر بر سایش اجتماعی در منابع انسانی در تربیت‌بدنی وزارت آموزش‌وپرورش بو.د  پژوهش حاضر ازنظر ماهیت و هدف کاربردی ، ازنظر نوع داده‌ها، آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی و ازلحاظ روش اجرا از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی بود.. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی منابع انسانی تربیت‌بدنی آموزش‌وپرورش  که تعداد آن‌ها بالغ‌بر 380 نفر بود که از میان آن‌ها 181 نفر به‌صورت تصادفی ساده و بر طبق جدول مورگان به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. داده‌ها از طریق چک‌لیست گردآوری شد  تا میزان اهمیت‌ها متغیرها مشخص شود. و این داده‌ها در دو سطح مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل (آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی) قرار گرفت. در سطح آمار توصیفی از فراوانی و درصد فراوانی و در سطح آمار استنباطی از تکنیک توزیع 2 جمله‌ای، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که مهم‌ترین عوامل مؤثر بر سایش عبارت‌اند از: عوامل شخصی (ضعف اخلاق حرفه‌ای، عدم رضایت شغلی و ضعف انگیزش)، عوامل شغلی (شامل تعارض شغلی، استرس شغلی و درگیری شغلی)، عوامل مدیریتی (شامل ضعف مدیریتی، سیاسی‌کاری و ارتقای شغلی ناعادلانه) و عوامل سازمانی (شامل عدالت سازمانی ضعیف، جوسازمانی نامناسب، حقوق، پاداش و مزایای ناکافی و فرهنگ‌سازمانی نامناسب). مقدار شاخص برازش کلی مدل مطلوب  به‌دست‌آمده است که نشان از برازش کلی قوی مدل پژوهش دارد.
