چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی درمان شناختی رفتاری مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر اضطراب، انگیزه و عملکرد ورزشکاران دو و میدانی کار انجام شده است. طرح پژوهش، نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون، پس آزمون با گروه کنترل اجرا بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانش آموزان ورزشکار  دو و میدانی باشگاهی با اضطراب شهر تهران در مجمتع ورزشی آزادی بود که از میان آنها 40 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش 17 جلسه 60 دقیقه ای تحت درمان بر اساس مداخلات پروتکل شناختی- رفتاری مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل هیچ نوع مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. ابزار این پژوهش مقیاس اضطراب بک (1961)، پرسشنامه عملکرد ورزشی چاربونیو (2001)و پرسشنامه انگیزش پیشرفت (1994)  بود که شرکت کنندگان در مرحله پیش آزمون و پس آزمون به سوالات آن پاسخ دادند. تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از کوواریانس چند متغیره (مانکوا) انجام شد.. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که  بین اضطراب، انگیزش پیشرفت و عملکرد ورزشی در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون در گروه آزمایش تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد(001/0 p<).  با توجه به یافته­های پژوهش می توان گفت که مداخله شناختی رفتاری مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی می­تواند سطوح اضطراب را  کاهش و انگیزش و در نتیجه عملکرد ورزشی را در ورزشکاران افزایش دهد.
