تأثیر استرس شغلی و ناامنی شغلی بر قصد ترک شغل ناجیان غریق به‌واسطۀ رضایت شغلی

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، تأثیر استرس شغلی و ناامنی شغلی بر قصد ترک شغل به واسطۀ متغیر میانجی رضایت شغلی ناجیان غریق در شهر اراک    بود. روش تحقیق عّلی و از نظر هدف کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمام ناجیان غریق فعال (140 =N) در شهر اراک بود. حجم نمونه بر اساس ماهیت تحقیق 80 نفر از ناجیان فعال شهر اراک بود. در این تحقیق از پرسشنامه های  استرس شغلی خان و همکاران (1964)، امنیت شغلی شغل نیسی و محمودیان (1381)، رضایت شغلی کافمن و فیشمن (1979) و پرسشنامه قصد ترک شغل سیشور (1999) استفاده شد که بعد از تعیین روایی توسط متخصصان، پایایی آن بر اساس میزان آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 80/0، 883/0، 872/0 و 717/0 به دست آمد. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها، از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم افزار اسمارت پی.ال.اس استفاده شد. مهم ترین یافته-های تحقیق نشان داد که ناامنی شغلی بر قصد ترک شغل اثر مثبت و معناداری دارد و استرس شغلی بر رضایت شغلی اثر منفی و معناداری دارد. ناامنی شغلی، 67% از قصد ترک شغل را پیش‌بینی می کنند و استرس شغلی 58% از رضایت شغلی را پیش بینی می کند. استرس شغلی بر قصد ترک شغل و نیز رضایت شغلی بر  قصد ترک شغل تأثیر مثبت دارد ولی این تأثیر معنادار نبود و رضایت شغلی به عنوان متغیر میانجی نتوانسته است قصد ترک شغل را پیش بینی کند.
