تاثیر سبک رهبری اصیل بر بهزیستی روانشناختی کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان با نقش میانجی سرمایه روانشناختی

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر سبک رهبری اصیل بر بهزیستی روانشناختی کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان با نقش میانجی سرمایه روانشناختی بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود که با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان بودند که برابر با 860 نفر اعلام شدند که با توجه به جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعداد 260 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. که در نهایت با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده تعداد 237 پرسش نامه برای تحلیل مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. برای سنجش متغیرها  از  پرسشنامه­های سرمایه روانشناختی لوتانز (2007)، رهبری اصیل نیدر و شرپتیم (2011) و بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف (1989) استفاده  گردید. که روایی و پایایی آنها مورد تایید قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده_ها از تحلیل عاملی تائیدی و  معادلات ساختاری توسط نرم افزار لیزرل استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که رهبری اصیل هم به صورت مستقیم و هم غیر مستقیم از طریق سرمایه روانشناختی بر بهزیستی کارکنان تاثیر گذار بوده است. لذا به مدیران ورزشی پیشنهاد می شود که به منظور بهزیستی و سلامت روانشناختی کارکنان خود با به کارگیری سبک رهبری مناسب زمینه های توسعه سرمایه روانشناختی و بهزیستی روانشناختی را فراهم سازند.
