مدل ارتباطی هویت و سکوت سازمانی با خودپنداره کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان شمال غرب کشور

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی مدل ارتباطی هویت و سکوت سازمانی با خودپنداره کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان شمال­غرب کشور بود. تحقیق حاضر توصیفی- تحلیلی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه­ی آماری تحقیق، کلیه­ی کارکنان ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان شمال­غرب کشور (آذربایجان غربی، آذربایجان شرقی، اردبیل، زنجان و کردستان) در سال 1395 بود، حجم نمونه­ی آماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، برابر با 169 به­دست آمد. ابزار گردآوری داده­ها، از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه­ای و نیز پرسشنامه­ی استاندارد هویت سازمانی چِنی (1983)، سکوت سازمانی واکاولا و بورادوس (2005)، و خودپنداره­ی راج­کمار­ساراسوت (1981) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از نرم­افزار SPSS، AMOSE برای آمار توصیفی و استنباطی به عمل آمد. نتایج نشان داد، هویت سازمانی، سکوت سازمانی، و خودپنداره در ادارات ورزش و جوانان شمال‌غرب کشور به طور معنی­داری در وضعیت مناسبی قرار دارد؛ نتایج هم­چنین نشان داد، هویت سازمانی بر خودپنداره، و هویت سازمانی بر سکوت سازمانی ادارات ورزش و جوانان شمال­غرب کشور اثر مثبتی داشته، و بر اساس همین خوپنداره نیز بر سکوت سازمانی اثر مثبت معنی­داری در ادارات ورزش و جوانان شمال­غرب کشور دارد. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش می­توان اظهار کرد، در کل شناخت هویت سازمانی و تلاش جهت توسعه و تقویت آن برای مدیران امری بسیار مهم و اساسی است.
