چکیده

هدف تحقیق حاضر ارائه مدل ارتباطی نوآوری رادیکال باشگاه­های خصوصی لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران از طریق قابلیت اشتراک و تنوع دانش با بررسی نقش میانجی یادگیری سازمانی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه عوامل اجرایی باشگاه­های خصوصی لیگ برتر فوتبال کشور در فصل97- 98 بود. تعداد نمونه­های این تحقیق با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند و تمام­شمار (جامعه برابر نمونه) تعیین شد و 242 نفر به عنوان نمونه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. برای گردآوری داده­ها از پرسشنامه نوآوری رادیکال ترویلو و همکاران (2014)، پرسشنامه قابلیت تنوع و اشتراک دانش شادور و اسنل (2002) و پرسشنامه یادگیری سازمانی میس و سلس (2013) استفاده گردید. برای تحلیل داده­های تحقیق از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم­افزار «اسمارت پی ال اس.3» استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که قابلیت­های اشتراک دانش و تنوع دانش در باشگاه­های فوتبال به طور مستقیم می­تواند باعث ارتقای نوآوری رادیکال شود. ضمن اینکه یادگیری سازمانی نیز بر نوآوری رادیکال تاثیر مستقیم دارد. همچنین یادگیری سازمانی بر رابطه بین قابلیت­های اشتراک و تنوع دانش با نوآوری رادیکال اثر میانجی دارد. در نتیجه باشگاه­های فوتبال کشور باید به اشتراک و تنوع دانش توجه ویژه داشته باشند تا یادگیری و به دنبال آن نوآوری رادیکال در باشگاه توسعه یابد.
