چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش مدل اثر عزت نفس بر تسهیم دانش و رفتار غیر شهروندی با نقش میانجی حسادت سازمانی در ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان استان های غرب کشور بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمام مدیران، رئیسان و کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان غرب کشور بود که از بین آن­ها 253 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده­ها از پرسشنامه­های استاندارد تسهیم دانش چانگ (2013)، رفتار ضد شهروندی رحمانی و همکاران (1389)، حسادت سازمانی واچیو (2000) و عزت نفس گاردنر (2000) استفاده شده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از مدل­سازی معادلات ساختاری رویکرد واریانس محور استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مدل پژوهش از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است. عزت نفس اثر معناداری بر رفتار ضد شهروندی، تسهیم دانش و حسادت سازمانی دارد. همچنین حسادت سازمانی اثر معناداری بر رفتار ضد شهروندی دارد اما اثر حسادت سازمانی بر تسهیم دانش معنادار نبود. در نهایت نقش میانجی حسادت سازمانی در ارتباط بین عزت نفس و رفتار ضد شهروندی معنادار بود اما نقش میانجی حسادت سازمانی در ارتباط بین عزت نفس و تسهیم دانش معنادار نبود.  با توجه به نتایج پژوهش مدیران ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان استان های غرب کشور می توانند برای کاهش رفتار ضد شهروندی و حسادت سازمانی کارکنان و همچنین افزایش تسهیم دانش در میان کارکنان؛ عزت نفس کارکنان را افزایش دهند.
