ارائه مدل نقش ادراک از عدالت سازمانی بر کارآفرینی سازمانی با میانجی‌گری استراتژی مدیریت دانش در کارمندان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان خراسان رضوی

چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش ارائه مدل نقش ادراک از عدالت سازمانی بر کارآفرینی سازمانی با میانجی‌گری استراتژی مدیریت دانش در کارمندان اداره ورزش و جوانان خراسان رضوی بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی می‌باشد که به‌صورت میدانی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کارمندان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان خراسان رضوی (110=N) تشکیل دادند؛ که با توجه به هدف پژوهش، شیوه نمونه‌گیری آماری به‌صورت کل شمار در نظر گرفته شد و درمجموع با 12% ریزش، 96 پرسشنامه تکمیل و تحویل داده شد... در این پژوهش از سه پرسشنامۀ عدالت سازمانی (نیهوف و مورمن، 1993)، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته کارآفرینی سازمانی در سازمان‌های ورزشی که در پژوهش رضوی و همکاران (1389) استفاده‌شده بود و پرسشنامه استراتژی‌های مدیریت دانش (توکلی تختمشلو، 1393) استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها به تأیید اساتید رشته مدیریت ورزشی رسید و پایایی از طریق آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب برابر 86/0 و 87/0 و 86/0 گزارش شد. از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (کولموگروف اسمیرنوف، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تی تک نمونه، رگرسیون گام‌به‌گام و اسمارت پی ال اس نسخه 2) استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد بین سه متغیر عدالت سازمانی و کارآفرینی سازمانی و استراتژی مدیریت دانش، رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.
