چکیده

با توجه به این‌که یکپارچگی و انسجام سازمانی فواید گوناگونی اعم از، نهادینه‌شدن هنجارهای اخلاقی، مزیت رقابتی پایدار، تعهد، ایجاد اتحاد و وفاداری، صداقت و غیره را برای سازمان و اعضای آن فراهم می‌آورد، هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر ساختار سازمانی بر یکپارچگی و انسجام در وزارت ورزش و جوانان جمهوری اسلامی ایران بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی بود و به صورت میدانی انجام‌گرفت. جامعه آماری این پژوهش مدیران سطوح عالی و تصمیم‌گیرندگان اصلی وزارت ورزش و جوانان بود که نمونه‌گیری به صورت کل‌شمار می‌باشد. از پرسشنامه ساختارسازمانی رابینز (1991) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته یکپارچگی و انسجام استفاده شد. روایی این پرسشنامه‌ها توسط 10 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی تایید شد. پایایی پرسنامه به‌وسیله آلفای‌کرونباخ، به ترتیب 70/0 و 80/0 به‌دست‌آمد. مدل‌سازی ارتباط بین متغیرها از مدل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار smart-pls انجام‌گرفت. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که رابطه ساختار سازمانی و یکپارچگی و انسجام با مقدار (t=5/44) در سطح (p <0/05)، مستقیم و معنی‌دار می‌باشد. به‌طورکلی نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که انعطاف و همدلی موجود در ساختار ارگانیک سبب تقویت یکپارچگی و انسجام در وزارت ورزش و جوانان می‌شود.
