چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین تأثیر رهبری اخلاقی بر دلبستگی شغلی با نقش میانجی اعتماد آفرینی معلمان و ارائه مدل معادلات ساختاری بود. که با روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی انجام گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه معلمان تربیت بدنی شهر زاهدان با تعداد 390 نفر تشکیل دادند. با استفاده از جدول تعیین حجم نمونه کرجسی و مورگان، 198 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده-ها از پرسشنامه‌های رهبری اخلاقی کارلشون و همکاران (2011)، دلبستگی شغلی ادواردز و کیل پاتریک (1984) و پرسشنامه اعتماد آفرینی طرزی و همکاران (1393) استفاده گردید. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه براساس شاخص CVR و CVI با نظر 8 نفر از متخصصین مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. همچنین پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها براساس ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 90/0، 823/0 و 932/0 برآورد گردید. داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه‌ها در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و استنباطی شامل ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل معادلات ساختاری از طریق نرم افزارهای SPSS23 و LISREL8.8 صورت گرفت. نتایج ضریب همبستگی و مدل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که رهبری اخلاقی بر دلبستگی شغلی؛ رهبری اخلاقی بر اعتمادآفرینی؛ و اعتمادآفرینی بر دلبستگی شغلی اثر مستقیم دارد، لیکن تأثیر غیر مستقیم رهبری اخلاقی بر دلبستگی شغلی از طریق اعتمادآفرینی کمتر از تأثیر مستقیم آن بوده است.
