چکیده

هدف از این مطالعه گفتمان کاوی مدیریت تغییر در سازمان‌های ورزشی بر اساس رویکرد رهبری انطباقی در دوران پسا کرونا بود. این پژوهش از نوع مطالعات کیفی بوده که با روش تحلیل شبکه مضمون «آتراید-استرلینگ» انجام گرفت. جامعه پژوهش را اساتید دانشگاه، مدیران ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان‌ها و روسای فدراسیون‌های ورزشی تشکیل می‌دادند که 17 نفر از آن‌ها به روش هدفمند انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختار یافته بود که تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. داده‌های به دست آمده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها در قالب سه مجموعه: مضامین پایه، سازمان دهنده و فراگیر سازماندهی شدند. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده چارچوب مذکور متشکل از سه سطح فراگیر به شرح درون سازمانی، مدیریتی و فرا ساختاری می‌باشد. تغییرات اثربخش و راهبردی زمانی تحقق می‌یابد که رویکرد انطباقی بر اساس تغییرات ساختاری، روابط انسانی، فناوری، رهبری، تعامل پذیری و نوآوری در زمینه های انعطاف‌پذیری، هم افزایی، نظم نوظهور، سبک رهبری، شبکه‌سازی، کمال‌گرایی، نوآوری باز و انسجام در سازمان‌های ورزشی رخ دهد تا در درازمدت بقا و کارآمدی خود را تضمین نمایند.
