چکیده

جمعیت هلالاحمر جزء مهمترین و گستردهترین سازمانهای امدادی و بشردوستانه است و پرداختن به موضوعاتی که موجب توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی آن در جامعه شود مورد توجه مدیران میباشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تبیین نقش نهضت داوطلبی به ویژه داوطلبان ورزشی در توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی جمعیت هلال‌احمر بود. این پژوهش به لحاظ نوع، کاربردی بوده و برای دستیابی به هدف پژوهش از روش کیفی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را 21 نفر از مدیران اجرایی و کارشناسان صاحب‌نظر تشکیل دادند. نمونه‌گیری به صورت هدفمند و به شیوه گلوله برفی صورت پذیرفت و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها نیز با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختارمند انجام گرفت. پس از جمع‌بندی داده‌ها، از طریق روش تحلیل تماتیک (TA)، اقدام به کدگذاری داده‌ها گردید. از 70 کداولیه با روش مضمون و طبقه‌بندی کدها و استخراج مفاهیم، الگوها و یا تم‌های اصلی به دست آمد. در نهایت با توجه به نتایج می‌توان اظهار داشت که سرمایه اجتماعی جمعیت هلال‌احمر دارای پنج مؤلفه‌ مهم از جمله؛ نهضت داوطلبی، ساختار سازمانی، فرهنگ و نگرش سازمانی، هویت اجتماعی و ماهیت بین‌المللی می‌باشد. با توجه به اهمیت نقش برجستهای که نیروی انسانی در این سازمان ایفاء میکند می‌توان گفت نهضت داوطلبی؛ حاصل تبلور دیگر مؤلفه‌های سرمایه اجتماعی جمعیت هلال‌احمر است. توسعه و ارتقاء سطح سرمایه اجتماعی این سازمان می‌تواند بهره‌وری این سازمان را در پاسخ‌گویی به حوادث بالا ببرد.
