چکیده
تحقیق حاضر باهدف ارایه الگوی پارادیمی بی‌حسی سازمانی در بین معلمان ورزش طراحی و اجرا گردید. این مطالعه به روش ترکیبی و از نوع طرح‌های تحقیق آمیخته اکتشافی بود. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی شامل خبرگان آگاه به موضوع تحقیق بود. جامعه آماری در بخش کمی ﺷﺎﻣﻞ کلیه معلمان تربیت‌بدنی کرمانشاه می‌باشد. نمونه آماری این پژوهش با توجه به فراوانی جامعه آماری، حجم نمونه و احتمال خطای نمونه‌گیری، 150 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. در این تحقیق با توجه به اهداف و نوع تحقیق از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده استفاده‌شده است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در تحقیق حاضر مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های تحقیق حاضر از کدگذاری در بخش کیفی و از روش معادلات ساختاری در بخش کمی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار PLS استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مدل پژوهش، شامل 14 مقوله و 58 کد مفهومی می‌باشد که در دل ابعاد ۶ گانه مدل پارادایمی به‌صورت موجبات علی (3 مقوله)، مقوله اصلی: بی‌حسی سازمانی در بین معلمان تربیت‌بدنی (1 مقوله)، راهبردها (3 مقوله)، شرایط زمینه‌ای (2 مقوله)، شرایط مداخله‌گر (4 مقوله) و پیامدها (1 مقوله) جای گرفتند. در بخش کمی نیز مشخص گردید که هر 6 مؤلفه‌ی اصلی پژوهش از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است بنابراین مدل پژوهش از برازش کافی برخوردار می‌باشد. با توجه به آنکه معلمین تربیت‌بدنی نقش پررنگی در توسعه ورزش دانش‌آموزی دارند، توصیه می‌شود که مدیران و متولیان آموزش‌وپرورش، از نتایج پژوهش حاضر به‌منظور افزایش کیفیت زندگی این قشر استفاده نمایند.
